The guys who are managing the apartment are so so supportive, also they are in contact with tenants 24 hours either via what’ up or phone call.. Furthermore, the location is perfect especially that is only few minutes away from the biggest mall in Istanbul.

The ventilation in the flat and sound isolation was not good Other than that location and staff was very great

The manual lock at the main door needs to be upgraded to an easier one, such as a digital or smart lock or key tag system.

The sofa bed was bad and the noise from the restaurant below was terrible

A nice and big apartment and well-located, though it looked more outdated than its photos. The staff were very polite and kind, and they responded quickly. They made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Once, the bathroom drain got clogged and they had to bring in a repair person while we were at home, they even brought us baklava, which was a really nice gesture. It was very close to the mosque, and the early morning call to prayer was honestly quite disturbing. Other than that, the location and accessibility were good. There were a couple of minor issues, the shower and bathroom drains got clogged, and the toilet brush was quite dirty, but aside from these, the place was very clean overall. A small improvement would be adding more wardrobes/hangers and increasing the kitchen stuff, as both were insufficient for a group of seven.

Location is right in the heart of Sisli with plenty of restaurants, close proximity to the mall and many high dashing clothing stores. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable and attentive. The weather wasn't too ideal, which had nothing to do with this location. We encountered no issues.

It feels like home . Staffs are so helpful. The nicer people I have seen in Turkey. They allow us to drop off our luggage for days as we travel to another city and also allow us for a late checkout. They are just amazing. Nothing

Location The bathroom is not comfortable. The apartment lacks a washing machine. Poor Laundry services.

The value for its location was exceptional. Everything was near us using taxi’s as well as public transport. The mall was very close as well as many local shops that helped the tourists and were amazing. The staff were wonderful spoke many languages to accommodate our needs and had support 24/7. They never let us down. The biggest was the elevator it was very small. So careful if you have a lot of bags with you.
