Clean , new rooms Breakfast we so poor in varieties

Great hotel, very new and in a nice neighborhood. The staff is very friendly, the rooms very clean and the air-condition and the wifi are excellent. nothing

The air conditioner was just working in hot mode.

Location is good - plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff is fantastic, great showed.

Breakfast is not reach but fine. It was rainy, and we were offered an umbrella

I liked how clean the property was.

Materials were renovated and brand new. Large and clean shower. Some Rooms are too bad. Some windows have very bad views facing bad fecade. Carpet was too dirty. The location was bad. Poor wifi connection. Limited items in the room.

I loved the respect and welcoming behavior of every staff that I met. They kept showing their willingness to bring comfort and great experience to us. The hotel itself gave us modern vibe. Breakfast was decent enough. They did their best whenever we would ask for fresh bread during breakfast time. Everything was pretty seamless in our perspective. The only downside was a couple of stains showing up on the carpet, which seemed inevitable, at least to me.

The new facility is excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything is spotlessly clean. The street in front of the hotel has little to no traffic, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay with no noise at night. For me I like to be near to taksim street

I like everything they was very nice and the hotel it’s very clean and nice and the staff are very friendly and hospitality The place of the hotel near everything but the entrance not good as it’s higher of the street only this thing but overall it was amazing stay I loved

Stayed here several times since it's opening last year and plan to do it again. Much better experience than many more expensive options. Staff is great, air conditioning is great, cleaning is great, facilities are great. If there are any problems, they are quickly solved. Steep road from a subway station and like many roads in Istanbul, not really suited for pedestrians, especially with big bags. It's just a couple of minutes but it can be a bit tricky (you'll have to deal with traffic), but doable.

Friendly and helpful service, nice interior, good air conditioning, no leaks or bad smell. Good breakfast. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, as well as baggage storing. Surely will stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, property was clean and in a great location within walking distance to anything you might need. I stayed alone for 10 days after rhinoplasty surgery and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this hotel. I found the beds to be on the firm side but that is personal preference.

Its simplicity Nothing

The location is central yet quiet. The receptionist was very nice and welcomed us with free tea. The beds were a bit hard for us, but they are nice and orthopaedic.

Staff. No tissues, no body lotion, liquid soap in basin. No iron, not many hangers, no milk in fridge, no mint tea.
