The Hotel didn't serve Breakfast, but there were plenty of nearby restaurants that served breakfast and other meals. it's easy to get, and the host was very helpful and cheerful and very kind The lighting could be improved; also, it would be nice if the hotel added a breakfast meal or other meals. It already has a room service with plenty of choices, but I didn't try it

Olympos Garden Hotel is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited around the world. Everything was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The design is elegant and full of charm, creating a warm atmosphere. The room (family suite) was spacious, and very comfortable, with attention to every small detail. The staff (2 decent guys) were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Istanbul while enjoying a peaceful stay.

Very good staffs and its clean

The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, cooperative, and welcoming — they truly make you feel like family. Some of the staff speak Arabic, which was a big advantage for us. Special thanks to Kadir, who is a very polite, respectful, and helpful person, as well as his father — both were always supportive and cooperative. We requested towel changes and extra bathroom tissues, and the service was available 24/7, very fast and responsive. The internet and Wi-Fi were excellent, fast and stable throughout our stay. The street where the hotel is located is very lively and safe, even late at night, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the Havaist airport bus stop, which is very convenient. The basement rooms are good and very quiet, but they need the air conditioner turned on to refresh the air. Other than that, they were comfortable, and everything in the hotel operates 24 hours. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and location. Highly recommended.

The hospitality and manners of the hotel host, Qadir, were excellent - kind and responsive. The ceiling of the room was low. The bathroom had water leaking and was not properly insulated. There was no hand soap provided.

There's a few locals - caffe bars near where you can find good services and good shisha. Recommend!

Near to Taxim Quite neighborhood Friendly and helpful Stuff Room is very narrow not like pictures (with no chairs or side table) Bathroom is very very small (you will have to go by your side to pass by) Room view wasn’t nice (but that was ok as we didn’t stay in the room a lot)

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He speaks English. He helped us with directions, showed us how to use the Metro to save money, and even booked a taxi when needed. He also recommended great local restaurants and was even ready to guide us to a hospital if required. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and helpful place to stay!

The owner (Qhadir) was always ready to make sure the stay is comfortable. From the moment of check in he promised to provide whatever is needed in the room be it extra pillow, blanket, disposable cup, what not. And he performed. I had an issue with my toilet and he instantly changed my room. Overall a generous positivity helpful personality. I really wish good for him in coming days. The map/locating might put someone in somewhat uncomfortable situation as Google map says its only a few minutes walk from taksim square. Problem is istanbul being full of steep slopes, that few minutes walk might turn out to be quite uphill. Olympos to taksim is not that steep of a walk. But nonetheless it is a slope and since i was traveling with my parents both suffering from arthritis , was not ideal. However for me my wife n kids, it wasnt a factor at all as its only a short walk and not that steep
