The hotel's location is fantastic. The receptionist and workers were very cooperative. The room was very clean. I wasn't expecting the hotel location and hotel to be that good in the price range. Would love to stay again

The noise in the neighborhood, there is a place which has a part till 2am close nearby so expect noise till 2am. I would suggest changing the windows of the building into sound insulated ones, as well as better insulation for doors. Otherwise everything else was perfect

Location is ok , morning shift staff is helpful night shift reception person he need to improve his customer service. No facilities too noisy not comfortable they don’t have drinking water at the room No hospitality ! Also there price compare to others is high ! I don’t recommend this place at all .

Many thanks to all staff, cengizhan bey and mustafa bey, excellent people to deal with. They are amazing, so friendly and very helpful. We arrived early in the morning at 2am and cengizhan bey provided us with an early check in. Location is very close to taxim square with easy access to public transportation including bus, tram, and metro. Nothing.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, the window isolated the sound from outside (good sound proofing), and the elevator is working well, especially to move up the luggages. The daily filling for the coffee and sugar was not automatically done, they provided the coffee and stuff upon our request only, so if you don’t ask for this, don’t expect to get it automatically. They provided bottles of water during two days and when we requested the water in the third day it has been provided with charges, so you can buy a large bottle from the supermarket beside the hotel and put it in the fridge.

The location is the best. Top 5 minute walk from Taxim Square. They cleaned the room every day, and changed the towels. The owner and receptionists was very helpful in every information we needed!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff, the person Acar and Mustafa, are excellent in dealing, fast service, and the hotel is safe and excellent
