The staff was very friendly and helplful, and the breakfasts were awesome ! No such thing

The location was nice Unfriendly staff, specifically one of the receptionists. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a rock. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Overall, it's not a great hotel, and we will definitely not be staying here in the future.

The elevator is very small and slow, the bed pillows are not comfortable. For the late check out at 2 p.m I have to pay 19 Euro, and their check-out time is not convenient it is 11 a.m, they don’t have much facilities, the room keys still the old still with key.

This hotel with a breathtaking sea view. The location is perfect, as it close to most of the historical sites, which made exploring the city very convenient. What I appreciated the most, however, was the staff. They were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This was probably one of my best stays for my recent trip. The location was great. You could walk everywhere. The staff was so nice. I love hanging out at the top terrace rrading my book, having coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Also, Zahide was my favorite person, she is an angel who made us incredible breakfast everyday. I would go back here with no hesitation. The beds could be a little more comfortable. Still decent enough for resting.

The place was amazing a nice tranquil spot and located infront of a park. There is no noise of traffic going past so you'll get a good nights sleep. The hotel is old and elegant which is what I was after. The staff were so friendly and helpful on each occasion. The rooms were very clean and tidy including the shower room. The breakfast had a great spread and the lady who works there prepares the food freshly and it tastes great. I had absolutely no issues with this place. The internet wifi was strong also in the bedroom and floor that I was in. The only small minor issue was the hotel was not too close to the Hagia Sofia Blue Mosque as you have to walk down the back roads to find the hotel about 10 mins. So when my phone navigation switched off i struggled to find it on my first day. But you'll be fine if you have internet connection. I didn't mind the walks and getting lost as it helped me explore local shops.

A lovely family owned small hotel. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk up the hill to popular attractions in the area, the Blue Mosque, Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar. Fabulous breakfast buffet, on the rooftop view a gorgeous view of the water, is included with the room. Thank you Zahide! Kind and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Location is excellent - walking distance to major sites + a beautiful garden and the sea. Excellent breakfast buffet on terrace a bonus.

We checked in at 3am after a flight delay this was no problem and it took about 3 mins A quiet area with little shops and resturants away from the crowded tourist center Perfect for a weekend away

Balcony room with great view at front of hotel ( looking down at Park and sea clean room and outstanding breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff. Tiny elevator.

Staff were very friendly and helpful It is far from any public transport station. The nearest one is almost 15 mins walk and uphill. There is no kettle or tea/facility in room. The view was not good. If your room is not sea facing, it is going to be facing private balconies and houses of neighbouring population

Lovely room, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was exceptional.
