Dualis Hotel

Good location in Sultanahmet. Basic hotel but clean. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many restaurants nearby. Quiet place. It is an Ottoman-era house with rooms adapted for tourism. The bathroom shelf is of glass with edges too close to the toilet; you can hit it with your head if distracted when you stand up.

The location and area is superb if you are seeking some peace and quiet. A very beautiful part of Istanbul. Excellent host and good value for money. Signage to indicate where the kitchen and communal area is. There is a little beep at the front door the sounds with regular intervals. Not sure what it is for?

Great location, very quiet, clean rooms, very hospitable staff.

The bed was comfortable. Location was far removed from tourist sites, no food or coffee available, the “hotel” was more of a hostel, interior was more like someone’s old house with dirty carpets, supplies throughout the common areas, fridges were used for the staff that lived on site, not a hotel style at all.

I was upgraded to the apartment which was lovely and very well appointed.

Our room had an electricity problem and they changed our room with a family one. The apartment was big. Close to blue mosque. The apartment was dirty, dirty towels, had to use one of our own. Noisy at night, you can hear anything from the street.

Very good location, nice and quiet neighborhood with all you need. Clean and comfortable apartment with good wifi. The host is kind and helpful. Apartment is half basement and one room does not have windows. It could be written in description.

The hotel is very cozy and nice. The staff is great, you have everything that you need. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We will surely come back again!

"Room with balcony" actually the room on the ground floor below the street level, and balcony - just back exit, fully blocked by the wall. No view at all. One bedroom without windows.

Hotel is a big house with different rooms. Sheets look clean, it has a very good location, near the Blue Mosque. There's a mini fridge and a safe box in the room and a good hairdryer. It's a bit old and worn, smells in the corridor, but still it is a good choice for the money.

Lovely, cozy apartment with good facilities in a nice area. The host was extremely helpful - she contacted us because we had accidently left some clothes in a drawer. She kept hold of the clothes so that we could collect them on our return to Istanbul - this was greatly appreciated, thank you. All great.
