The location was unbeatable. The air conditioning literally worked like a jet engine. The bathroom had exposed wires, a shelf over the sink making brushing teeth and other activities difficult, and the shower tiles had black mold growing in them.

The hotel has a great location. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The price was very affordable. We received quick answers to our questions. We will definately come again on our next stay. We liked everthing

The property is well located, topkapi, serkici and Eminönü, tram station 5 minutes, Metro station 1 minute. The rooms are too small.

This aparthotel is in a very good location- 10 minutes walk from the main attractions. The bed was comfortable The room- especially the bathroom- is very small. The bathroommwas smelly and there was some mould. None of the staff members speak english and it made a few really bad moments; Arriving to the hotel the main door was closed (it is continously). I’ve tried to call the given number and push the bell hundreds of times but no one opened. A man came from the street and knocked on the window near the main door and a lady opened the door finally. The room was very cold and the AC had some kind of problem so needed someone to fix it. At the last night people above my floor were shauting and/or fighting horribly for hours- taking into consideration that the walls are extremely thin it was impossible to have some rest before an early flight. I’ve tried to ask any help from reception but the girl there totally ignored me and when I went back 30 minutes later to complain she was diasappeared, so this awful situation continued for hours making an extremely bad night. I’m shure I never go back.

Very friendly staff and home-like atmosphere. Weather was nice so breakfast at the street felt very Istanbul vibe. Very nice room upstairs last floor with lots of windows. Though the rooms and building itself is a bit old anyway the atmosphere feels very nice and cosy. Location is superb, though if you got luggage and want public transport - wont be for you. The bathrooms may seem a bit small and definetely the size of the room is not 19m. about 4-5m, but for couple of nights will do.

Very helpful guy who took us in, and all praise for his service. It was very noisy! There were construction works both inside the building and outside it!

Location and staff were nice. Almost everything. Room is extremely small, dirty, bathroom is dirty and everything seems to fall apart there. Air conditioner was working, but was very loud, i think it needs some reparations. No elevator. Stairs are dangerous to climb with luggage. But should point out, that staff helped us to get luggage upstairs. If i was alone, i have no idea how to do it other way.

The location is good There was no hot water for most of my stay. Nobody informed me about this. I checked in, went to take a shower and only when fully naked I realised there was no hot water. When I went to reception and asked what was wrong they knew about it - why they didn’t say before? I don’t know. Most of the people at reception don’t speak English. The mattress springs were very old and as a result it was not fully flat. The apartment is much smaller than what it looks in the photos.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL , IT IS VERY DIRTY, it has nothing to do with the pictures shown on booking. Worst hotel i ever stayed at Check the pictures i posted and you will see by your eyes.

Very old, very tiny, bad smell, the bed is totally not comfortable and the worst thing unreachable They promised to bring a cot and they didn't I don't recommend it, especially for family

We arrived at the hotel around 01.00 at night, the receptionist said that there was no room for us because THEY had failures on booking (i had reservation after payment). he told me to cancel my reservations and they will confirm it for free. I said it was after midnight and I had no way to find another hotel for that night, he told me to walk down the street and maybe find a place to stay. to my suggestion that in such a case it would be appropriate to find a hotel for us and cover all costs. they said that they would not do it. at my request that they refund me for the payment that I made through website, they said that they would not give me money and would refund me via internet in a few days. they are a group of scammers, thieves who ruined our stay. looking for a hotel in the middle of the night after many hours of travel is unacceptable. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I did not like anything as the place is on a hill first, second the room was very small and had mosquetos. third at night the electricity was gone and we died in that hot weather until I had to leave the hotel at midnight to go to another hotel. I did not even liked how they handeled the problem because when I asked to be compensated, they said we had an accident so the electric short suppose to be your problem and we do not compensate anyone. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unlike the hotel nearby which its name is (Karamanz), it is much much better hotel who saved us from this misery that night.
