Wonderful hotel close to the historic centre but in a quiet location. Wonderful breakfast - a feast and the most helpful and sweet reception staff :) We got around by public transport and foot and it was perfect with a metro tucked away 5 minutes away. Nothing!

The location is really pretty central and it was quite easy to get around and to walk to downtown area from the hotel. The rooms were albeit small (which I hear is absolutely normal for Istanbul measures though) but quite cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and so so welcoming! It really felt like they were trying to get out of their way to do anything for you! We felt right at home with them, and we truly grateful for such kindness!

The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. What truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They contacted us before arrival to assist with transportation and tours, accommodated an early check-in, and helped us navigate a few personal logistical challenges during our stay. The complimentary snack and tea time was also a lovely touch and very convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Some rooms have sloped ceilings, which can be a little uncomfortable for taller guests as it is easy to bump your head. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location, very good value for money, and overall everything was fine. The room was quiet and dark, so it was easy to sleep well, and the air conditioning worked properly. The economy room is on the basement floor, with only small skylight-style windows high under the ceiling. This was clearly the trade-off for the price, but guests should be aware of it.

Location, location, location. Just a 5 minute walk from Topkapi Palace and a 10 minute walk from there to the Hippodrome and Hagia Sophia. The staff were also great very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were also well cleaned and comfortable.. Breakfast selection was diverse and there were a lot of options to choose from but I don't know maybe it was just me but I only liked a few that were on offer compared to other hotel breakfast buffets we tried.

Delicious breakfast! Snack time also included. Location excellent, walking distance from main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Felt safe to walk around even late at night. The staff was super friendly and helpful with helping us store our luggage and book airport transfers. Room was clean and comfortable.

Superb location. Easily accessible to all major sites in the Sultanahmet district and easily walkable to the bazaars and public transportation. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of selections. Staff was quite friendly and helped anyway they could. There was very little perceivable outside noise from traffic or pedestrians. I found there wasn’t enough storage space in the rooms. I would have liked to put my belongings in drawers. I don’t like going in and out of my suitcase, but in the grande scheme of things, this was just a minor inconvenience.

Great location within walking distance to the main attractions and the T1 tram. The room was small but very clean, which is typical for the Old City area, and the breakfast was great. The customer service was very thoughtful — the staff helped arrange airport transfers and prepared sandwiches for us when we had to leave early.

The location of this hotel was amazing Short walking distance to many of the highlights of the old Istanbul. Also the seawall is a short walk away. Can’t say enough about all the staff from the front desk, housekeeping and dining area Everyone was friendly and very helpful They made our stay very comfortable. Wish we could list everyone’s name but we really enjoyed Oumaima. She was able to recommend restaurants plus, plus and we enjoyed talking to her about various options for our stay. Always greeted us with a huge smile as did all the staff.
