We had a wonderful stay at The Omiya Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and the tram, making it very easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food and was a great way to start the day. The best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Omiya Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! -

Absolutely not what I expected after seeing so many positive reviews on booking. Breakfast was poor with a very limited selection of food and not tasty. The bathroom wasn't clean, plus there was mold in the shower. No hooks where you could hang the towel while taking the shower. The shower door and tap were half-broken. They provided no shower gel, no body lotion, only the cheapest possible shampoo. I asked to clean the room, no one did it, they just changed some of the towels and emptied the bins. Very simple furnishing in the room. They send you messages on WhatsApp without your consent, which is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was the best part! Very helpful and kind. The airport transfer service they offer is invaluable, and the laundry service was fast (24-hour turnaround time) and reasonable. Centrally located between Sultanahmet Square and the Grand Bazaar. Rooms were a little tight but very budget-friendly.

The location was fairly close to the main historical sites. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was very nice. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was decent enough to start your day. There was some construction work in the area near the hotel. The surrounding streets were not very clean. The bed was on the harder side.

Breakfast was decent. There is blockade of street accessing the Hotel from 10 AM to 6 PM Rooms are limited in number, so we were not able to get an early check in

The hotel smelled of mold and there was lots of visible mold in the room. If you have a mold allergy do not stay here.

The stay was very good and I like the hotel. Breakfast was also very good.. The air-conditioning was set for max of 4 hrs which was little inconvenience.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Sofia and the main attractions. The hotel itself is nice, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good with a varied selection of food, coffee, tea, and sweets. Recommended.
