Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They offered us drinks upon arrival and gave us many good recommendations. It was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location - just a short walk to all the main sights. We had to leave the hotel very early to catch our flight and they offered to a to-go breakfast.

The location was perfect for seeing the sites of Istanbul. The breakfast was a great mixture of cultural cuisine. Some of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. And the rooms were a good size to accommodate our luggage. The manager on duty wouldn't allow us to have our keys to our rooms until he sat us down and questioned us about our plans while we were there. He was very condescending and pushy - even asking if I could cancel our previously booked sightseeing tour b/c he could give us a better deal.
