I loved my stay! Room was so spacious and luminous, warm and comfortable, clean. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Tea, coffee, bottles of water, etc. Umbrellas were offered for rainy days. The location was great for me, calm street far from tourist crowds, yet small convenience store right down the hotel. The view from bed is magnificent! -

Bad location no one is there to open for u. You need to visit them in different place. Location in a narrow street

This was the perfect stay in Istanbul. The price was unbeatable, the location was excellent, and the staff was so accommodating. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk to the major attractions and there are plenty restaurants nearby. There is even a small convenience store literally right next door. The night we left, we had to leave at 3am to catch a 6am flight. I walked to the parking lot where our car was parked and it was all locked up with the lights off. I freaked out because I thought we would miss our flight. But I went to the reception desk and Mohammed called them for me, woke them up and asked them to help me get my car out. Mohammed was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Gloria Suites and its sister hotel Harbour Suites! The only thing is that in Gloria Suites there is a spiral staircase with narrow stairs. A bit challenging to get our bags up to the room but other than that it was perfect!

Credit card machine wasn’t working so we had to pay cash. 500 eur of cash was all I had which means I had to get out more for the trip paying ridiculous exchange rates and transaction fees. Very annoying. Otherwise the place was nice.

An economic and good option of hotel in Istanbul and with cozy decoration and room, staffs are very kind and willing to help The stairs space is narrow and it's not very convenient for moving large-sized suitcase upstairs, but for the value of the hotel it's not a big thing

The property itself is fine, however, the stairs are plastic and you basically can fall at night when descending to the bathrooms. Parking nearby Terrible experience. The host is unresponsive, refuses to send an invoice, and even deletes messages on WhatsApp. Booking.com does nothing to facilitate communication, leaving the customer completely unprotected. Additionally, there are hidden charges for bed sheets—even though we brought our own, the host insisted on charging us. While the property itself is fine, the lack of professionalism and transparency from the host made me feel uneasy. Would not recommend staying here.

Good room, quite small, but clean. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was very nice :) Too small toilet and space in room.
