The hotel delivered great service from check-in to check-out. They accommodated an early check-in, upgraded our room, and the view of both the park and the Blue Mosque was a bonus we really enjoyed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A nice touch was finding chocolates and an Eid al-Adha message in the room upon arrival , a small but thoughtful gesture for the holiday. Özgür, the hotel manager, deserves a special mention. He was genuinely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and arranged an early check-in for us as well. Overall, the customer service here is what sets this hotel apart. We’d happily return

We were a group of 11 and the hotel was perfect for us. The staff accommodated all our needs. The staff was wonderful and the location is absolutely amazing. I stayed in the king suite and it was definitely workshop the extra money, as our group was able to meet in the living room overlooking Blue Mosque. Nothing

I absolutely loved the location, the views from breakfast, the amazing and helpful staff! The only room left was the king suite when I reserved and it was definitely worth the splurge for me. Nothing

Our room was a nice size and the bathroom plenty large also. Had all the amenities including hair conditioner. The hotel located is awesome! It's right on the Hipodrome and close to everything we wanted to visit. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Both elevator and stairs were easy to use. Staff very personable and even offered to help us get tickets to sites. They had great advice how to get places and what to watch out for. I especially appreciate that the hotel arranged for transportation to and from the airport. The refrigerator light is on all the time. We compensated by covering it at night. It was very nice to have a refrigerator though.

We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children.

Very helpful and polite staff, clean and has an older antique kind of appearance since it is located in the old city . Location is excellent right next to the blue mosque and Sofia Hagia , Topkapi Palace , the Grand Bazaar and the Basilica Cistern . The breakfast is in the roof top with a beautiful view of the Bosporus and the blue mosque next door.

Location, location, location! Yes this is one of the best hotel overlooking the blue mosque with nothing blocking it’s view! Straight up to the hippodrome and the mosque! Walking distance to anywhere so conveniently.. i went to pray Fajr in the blue mosque and that is so beautiful and rewarding experience to me. Alhamdulillah ya Allah -if you see, the breakfast restaurant on the top floor have amazing view of the mosque! That picture is just amazing I think the wall is thin that you can hear the next room watching tv or doing something ?

It was ok. A little bit for everyone. It was fresh. There wasn't much we didn't like, maybe just a personal preference-we didn't have any bathrobes.

Great location right by the Blue Mosque. Nice and safe park to walk around at night when there is less crowd. All the staff are friendly especially Hakan, extremely helpful and pleasant. You have to walk through the cafe in order to go into the hotel, most of the time there are cigarette smokes.

We loved the location and the view from our room was top notch. Housekeeping were very good and cleaned our room daily. We would happily stay again. I wish there were a few more things to go with the breakfast that were hotter in temperature. The scrambled eggs that they served daily were often lukewarm if not cold. Also wish the top sheets on the bed were larger, they barely covered the bed and we often were pulling the covers off of each other. Be aware that daily prayers from the Blue Mosque start around 6 Am and are hard to sleep through if you are not used to them
