Both receptionist were very kind and helpfull. Its little dirty and few cockroachs. The glass from the bathroom was spoiled so all the water went on the floor.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Initially, we booked a room with two double beds but were instead given a room with two single beds. While my companion and I were willing to overlook this error, I regret to say that this was only the beginning of the issues. The room we were provided was in an appalling state. The bathroom was unclean, the ceiling appeared dangerously unstable, and a socket outlet was left hanging precariously by its electrical cables. Portions of the walls were unpainted, and the bed sheets were visibly stained with yellow marks. Furthermore, the air conditioner was filthy, and the room as a whole bore no resemblance to the photos advertised. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance standards were severely lacking. Naturally, I raised these concerns with the reception staff, who were initially apologetic and assured us that our room would be changed the following morning. However, when we followed up the next day, a staff member inspected our room, acknowledged some of the issues, and merely fixed the exposed electrical socket. Despite the obvious problems, we were told that our room would not be changed, with the staff member dismissively remarking, “What are you expecting from a cheap room?” This response was both unprofessional and offensive, particularly given that we were initially supposed to have been accommodated in a room with two double beds. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone. The disregard for basic cleanliness, safety, and customer service was unacceptable.

The gentleman at the reception Aziz was a very cooperative and well mannered guy. ?

Staff was friendly, though they don’t clean every day , I had to go buy my tissues for the week , they don’t change linen everyday , was there for the week , they only cleaned twice Pictures on the advert is not the same as the rooms , I’m very disappointed, I guess , I have learned

It was a really nice location right next to many shops. The staff are super nice and always ready to help you. The breakfast in the morning is nutritious and they change it slightly from day to day. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.
