AC Hotel Istanbul Macka

The bed is comfortable Staff is not helpful. Hotel is non responsive and not flexible and doesn’t care about customer service. There are flies in the room. some electric sockets not working. The hotel is on an uphill.

Hotel is clean We stayed at the hotel from May 28 to May 31. We were extremely happy with our stay — the hotel was nice and clean. However, I returned home without my favorite black Prada dress. I only discovered it was missing after I got home. I am 100% certain it disappeared at the hotel because I traveled with carry-on luggage only. It was a perfect situation for someone to take it, knowing that when people are packing to leave, they usually just check whether they have packed everything, not whether every item is still there. I packed all my belongings, flew home, and then realized the dress was gone. I called the hotel, but they said they had not found anything. I even asked friends in Turkey to help; they contacted the manager as well, but the result was the same. The only conclusion I can draw is that it was taken by a member of the housekeeping staff. A hotel where staff steal from guests is unacceptable. Make sure to check your belongings carefully. This completely ruined my impression of the hotel and spoiled what had otherwise been a wonderful vacation.

Location, staff , service. Nawaf at the desk was very helpful and professional. The room service was fast and professional, from the gentleman at the restaurant and the ladies for cleaning service all with great attitude. Nothing for me.

The organization, cleanliness, and overall professionalism really stood out. As someone who travels frequently, I truly appreciated the discipline, efficiency, and respectful attitude of the staff. Everything felt well-managed and smooth. There was nothing significant to complain about.

The staff are very kind and helpfull Not too much rooms in each floor which make it quite hotel Location No coffee machine in the rooms The noise between the rooms i can hear my neighbors talkings No weight scale in the room and when ask for it they bring it to me but after a while they ask for it becouse another person requested it

All was nice apart of breakfast. It had very few option to chose. I would recommend to improve the menu for breakfast.

If you need a great place to stay in Istanbul within a reasonable budget, be it for business or leisure, look no further — unless you are willing to pay 2-3x for a luxurious resort. Don’t be deceived by its 4* badge. AC Hotel Macka is a new and very comfortable property that upholds to the highest standards of hospitality industry and dwarfs multiple pseudo-5* noname hotels Istanbul is plagued with. Upscale location, clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, attentive English-speaking staff, etc., etc. Buffet breakfast could benefit from more variety.

•The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. •Housekeeping did a fantastic job — my room was spotless and felt like I had just checked in every day. •Room service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. •The bed was very comfortable, with high-quality pillows and sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. •Towels were also very clean and fresh. •I really liked the location — it’s quiet, yet surrounded by cozy cafés and grocery shops. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Istanbul!

I stayed at AC Hotel in Istanbul for 6 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was amazing, and the team at the reception made it even better. I would especially like to thank Naif, Tolga, and Denzia— they were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality and respectful attitude stood out and made me feel right at home. Also, I’d like to mention a lady from the laundry team — I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Her warmth and positive attitude really left a great impression. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
