الفندق ممتاز جدا الغرف المطله منظرها جدا جميل نفس مطل مطعم الفطور وصراحه الموظفين جميعهم خدومين ابتداء من الريسبشن والاخت يلدا وموظفين خدمة الغرف وايضا الاستاذ علي عثمان خدوم جدا في السيارات والتاكسي استمتعنا بوجودنا في الفندق لمدة تسع ايام الخدمة والاطلاله والموظفين

The hotel is right above Miniaturk, a famous place to visit - with children or not. Being at the Golden Horn, every place is close by (considering the distances in Istanbul, of course). Staff made us feel valued guests and treated us with the attention you can rarely find. Recommended with both hands. The only thing that was inconvenient was that the WiFi in the room was bad - I guess router needed some intervention. It was perfect in all other places in the hotel.

A wonderful stay with exceptional dining!We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful hotel. Our room offered an amazing view and was incredibly quiet at night. I especially appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air instead of relying on the air conditioning.The highlight, however, was the dinner. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our food intolerances. The portions were large, delicious, and beautifully presented. Compared to the highly touristy spots in Istanbul, the prices here were very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended! The reastaurant itself was very pretty day time and night, too. The staff overall tried to go above and beyond to help with anything. Difficult location for night travel and very disappointing breakfast.While the hotel itself is nice, getting back from the city centre after 9:00 PM was a complete nightmare. Scheduled buses never arrived, Uber drivers repeatedly cancelled rides, and the local taxis felt unsafe as they lacked functioning seat belts. It felt like a miracle just getting back to our room at night.Inside the hotel, the pillows were uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible. It was heavily loaded with ultra-processed carbohydrates, sugary syrups, cheap processed sausages, and very few fresh vegetables. Crucially, despite accommodating us at dinner, the breakfast offered absolutely no healthy, non-sweet options for anyone with gluten or dairy intolerances.

A peaceful, spotless hotel with stunning Golden Horn views. Perfect for returning visitors seeking a quiet stay away from the crowds. Many thanks to Parisa Aminluy (guest relations) for her patient support, and to Huda & Melek at reception for their kindness. One note: first-timers may prefer Taksim, but for repeat visitors, this area is wonderfully relaxing. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Taksim, yet if you need quick central access, Taksim remains more convenient. For me, wanting a restful getaway with no time pressure, this was an ideal choice.

stuff are very friendly expect the ones in the reception very rude i stayed four nights. the last one they didn’t clean my room although i went out 9 am . while booking i was 100 % sure that it was written genius free breakfast because i am genius customer in booking and while check in the one in the reception told me no it is bed only and i kept arguing and she had a very short temper & she was in hurry although i was the only one in the reception .

The staff were great, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Although the hotel is a little way from the main tourist spots the view is beautiful and there are free shuttle buses to different places throughout the day and a bus stop right right outside the door

Room service requests are fulfilled in under 10 minutes. A special shout-out to Huda and İlker at the reception for their welcoming attitude, and to Mohammed and the breakfast team for their wonderful service. Thoughtful Details: I was very impressed to find a prayer rug in the room with the Qibla direction clearly marked—a deeply appreciated touch. Exceptional Breakfast: A wide, delicious variety that caters to all tastes. Comfort & Cleanliness: The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. Personal Touches: The chocolate and floral arrangement on the bed upon arrival made me feel truly valued. Convenience: The valet parking and the free shuttle service to key areas made navigating the city effortless. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, but the professionalism at Arise Hotel Golden Horn is unmatched. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely be returning! Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations.
