In good location Place not as advertised. Number and types of beds completely different. It was to be a family apartment, instead was three rooms in an hallway with an unlocked entrance. Rooms were musty. Flooring coming apart. No crib as asked. Slow to response. Lobby smelled of cats.

The location only was amazing. The property was old Old building that needs upgrading, we rooms weren’t so clean. We couldn’t use the showers and but toilets only.

There was a very bad experience . Because when we have booked the hotel , we have checked the picture with three individual bed . But they offered the one double and one is single . That was not accetable .

- Staff very good and cooperative. - Close to shops/restaurants and some tourist attractions. - safe area/reasonably lit in night. Initial few issues but then was okay: - we were given a room in a different building at the backside of the hotel which are flats. - no lifts (as advertised) - intial room had issues with bathroom and no kettle, no AC remote (these issues we partially resolved and the next day our room was changed to similar specifications with all things working). So we did not complain anymore as we did not want to exhaust ourselves with accommodation issues and try to focus on enjoying Istanbul. NB: Lily and Ramazan were amazing all through out.

The hotel is very comfortable in a great location with helpful staff who always try to help you. The rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast was great.
