The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view from the roof was also okay. Breakfast was okay. The beds are a disaster. The beds have a rather unstable frame; you get that. Every movement of the person underneath or lying beneath them is immediately felt.I couldn't really sleep and almost got seasick. My recommendation is to screw the beds to the wall.

Rooms and toilets are ok. Good position, in a quiet road. The kitchen is only for the staff, there's no microwave and sometimes even no kettle.

Location was great, essentially in the city center with major tourist attractions nearby. Transportation was close; the tram was just a few minutes away and the metro within a reasonable distance. The courtesy breakfast was a nice gesture. It was not a buffet, but it included healthy options such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, bread, black tea, and cheese. The hostel constantly attracts world travelers, which is exactly what you look for when visiting a big city like Istanbul. The bed, pillow, and blanket were comfortable, and there are multiple bathrooms available. I liked everything. One suggestion for feedback: it would be nice to have a small, individual reading light for each bed

Property is good Need to arrange some shoes for washroom, and at least offer a towel for guests.
