Clean and remodeled property, although one of my pillowcases was stained with something and had hairs on it. Very convenient location although a bit touristy. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The bellman Amran was amazing! Very friendly and kind. Additionally, overnight staff was outstanding! Very supportive and kind young gentlemen. Overall, I have a very positive experience with this property with some minor nuances The road leading to the property was closed and my taxi driver was trapped and could not drop me off properly. We were stuck in a longer detour road in terrible traffic which took us about an hour to get there while we were 2 min away. While it’s not related directly to the property, but something to be mindful of for this location. Additionally, front office staff checking me in was a bit hard to follow due to language barrier. A slower pace of speech could be offered. Also, the this staff member did not speak about the property, did not offer spa services and did not introduce me to the area. I would’ve appreciated a more warm welcome and it felt like I had to beg for information myself.

Great location, very nice hotel if you get the rooms facing the street

Location, staff, breakfast, comfort and I can say shortly everything was perfect Nothing

A location quite close to public transport, a quiet hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, a fairly varied breakfast, and a restaurant with a beautiful view.

What we enjoyed most was the hammam, the wonderful trips arranged with the help of the hotel staff, and especially the lovely lady at reception, whose warmth and kindness truly brightened our stay.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Loved that we had access to the steam room and spa. Staff was always welcoming and were helpful when we needed to change rooms. Upon check in we were on the next to top floor. Which was a great concept, but just below the restaurant where staff would take their smoke breaks and could be boisterous. Front desk moved us to a new room. Spa staff were gruff...harshly stating our limited access, then seeing the surprise on our faces, asked for our room number. Then stated that we had lots of access. The "quiet sitting room" is next to where they clear and plates and cups...best to opt for the spa across the street (included in your stay)--it's quieter and has a pool.

What an amazing stuff they are all very welcoming and helpful especially the girl who works midday shift, the hotel is comfy and very clean The rooms are somewhat small and tight you can feel that in the bathrooms

Staff were excellent and fabulous quality overall. Breakfast was next level Would have liked to be a bit closer to attractions

The location is very accessible to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast did not offer a great variety of options.

Breakfast was delicious and you had many options to choose from, both salty and sweet. The location was great, you have everything you need, in terms of stores and restaurants, close. I would've preferred the matress to be more even, and if they could offer as well a slimmer pillow option, but beside that everything was great.

Your staff were truly outstanding — extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Every interaction was pleasant, and your attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Nothing!

Staff were very helpful. They did their cleaning of the lobby in the morning and the floor was wet and slippery. It could have been done late at night when there were less people.

If you don't have issues you will have a good stay, but they are not good at problem solving. Breakfast I will say was excellent. They had made to order eggs, omelettes, fresh pancakes and waffles and variety of fruit, cheeses, veggies, salads, and with a good view. It got repetitive after a week, but it was good quality. The bathroom was nice and the room was comfortable, once we had a working room. I still wouldn't stay here again or recommend it because the attitude of the owner was horrible and a disgrace to Turkish people. There's many other places to take your business. I would also recommend using booking, becaue they were able to offer me a refund after explaining the situation. Hopefully it came out of the hotels pocket. Thank you to Safiya she was very friendly, and nice. Tldr. Horrible manager. No problem solving skills Decent place Mixed feelings. Wouldnt stay here again solely because of the manager/ owners ignorace and behavious. The manager (agha) is extremely disrespectful and started mocking me in the lobby for asking for a refund/ compensation for our first night because our AC was broken and they sent us to a different hotel at MIDNIGHT. And didn't have another room ready until afternoon the next day. (We were staying a week) It was handled extremely poorly, and they offered zero compensation, for giving a room the next day, and sending us to their partner hotel across the street at midnight after we informed them of the issue in the afternoon. A technic also came at 11pm go climb on the room furniture and check the vent.. extremely unprofessional while guests are in the room. The spa is just a steam room and sauna. The 'Hammam' is a room where you bring you own soaps and do it yourself. Only free until 6pm. There is a pool in the partner hotel which is quite nice. Very quiet warm and calming. They said since we reserved through booking we have access untill 10pm, otherwise it's also just untill 6pm.
