Professional staff, great location Nothing

The hotel is perfectly located, a few minutes walking to blue mosque and cistern. Brakefast is great, bufet with different options everyday, would stay again here. None
-
great location, close to the Metro line and city center. we did everything walking around. comfortable room

Staff was amazing Ir stunk badly. Bathroom was awful. Mould at bottom of window. We got headaches from mould. No water in room. Water was brown when first started sink. Told water was drinkable but would never try it after seeing the brown water and the smell. Needs to have a complete bleach job

When we asked if we could check out later because of an inconvenient situation the manager was kind and extended the check-out time. The free breakfast included was very nice. In the weekend there was loud music from the neighbours.

This place is what happens when a hostel grows up, shaves, and decides it doesn’t want to share a bathroom with fifty strangers anymore. If you’re a backpacker who wants privacy without paying boutique prices, this hotel knows its lane and mostly stays in it. The location is the real sell. Planted firmly in Fatih, Istanbul unfolds around you on foot, with the tram practically crashing through the front door. You step outside and you’re in it—noise, history, life. That part is excellent. Now, the building itself. There are five floors, maybe six if you count the one the elevator refuses to acknowledge. If you’re dragging a baggage train fit for a royal funeral procession, you’re going to earn every step. Cardio is included in the room rate. You’re welcome. The rooms are large, but they’ve seen things. Time has not been kind. I’m fairly certain some of the fixtures date back to the last days of Constantinople. It’s worn, tired, and occasionally threatening to fall apart—but you’re not here to admire the craftsmanship. You’re here to sleep, shower, and get back out into the city. Staff were friendly, helpful, and refreshingly no-nonsense. Breakfast is free and functional—fuel, not theatre. Get there early, though, because the seating area is tight, and once it fills up, you’re eating like a street vendor without the charm. Bottom line: this isn’t luxury, romance, or Instagram bait. It’s a practical base in a great location for people who’d rather spend their money on the city than the room. Come with realistic expectations, pack light, and you’ll get exactly what you paid for—nothing more, nothing less.

Breakfast was wonderful! They had so many great dishes to choose from. The room was comfortable, but we could not figure out how to sleep under the sheets, but we managed to make do. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Management and staff … worst behavior I have even seen or witnessed at any hotel

Wifi is very bad

Perfect location, amazing breakfast, super friendly staff, great value for money! Nothing really

Clean, beautiful room, great location, great breakfast. Parking wasn’t part of the hotel property. It was some private parking that wasn’t properly marked and fenced. Some random guy showed up and said that he need to take our car key because there is no space, so that he can move our car if needed. We received no paper, no invoice, nothing. He only said “no worries” and that’s it. We picked up the car 20 minutes later, and there was some other guy who didn’t even know who we are and which car was ours, so we basically could take any car key that was in the box (he said “pick the key”). Highly unprofessional. All keys were in the tourist agency, next to the parking, which is not related to the hotel. It is better to say that hotel doesn’t have parking, than to call this a hotel parking.

Exceptional

Level of cleanliness was normal. Normal breakfast. Great location, 15min walk distance from top sightseeings. small rooms. hotel needs renovation. In general speaking price meets the expectation. Nice experience.
-
Strategically located and very near to the tram station, room very clean and quiet (no much noise from outside) and good breakfast Not much facilities like gym or spa
-
The hotel was basic and old and could do with some repairs and renovations. But the room was comfortable, the bathroom clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast mediocre at best.

The location is close to the metro station, in the middle of the city. The staff are friendly. There is no housekeeping, no refill of shampoo, no change of towel, no refill of water. There was a day where my door was opened by someone else when I was outside the hotel. Luckily nothing was missing.

We loved the location, close to transit and walking to sights. The room was very princess looking, which was fun and had a balcony. Breakfast had choices for everyone. Reception was friendly and accommodating. The shower had mold, and the one bed didn’t have support underneath the mattress. Regardless of this we slept well and found it to be quite quiet.
