Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. The mattress on the bed was old resulting in a very bad backache after 3 nights.

Total scam. Stay away. They will try to scam you in any way possible.

They tried to charge me 115 euro for 4 beers I never ordered. Bjggest scam ever. Stay as far away from these scam artists as possible.

It is a clean facility, the breakfast was perfect. The beds are comfortable. It’s relatively easy to reach to especially touristic parts of Istanbul via taxi. Central Besiktas is only a walking distance away where you can take a ferry to go to many places without dealing with the traffic. Going to facility is slightly cumbersome due to one-way street. Better to get out of the taxi on the Main Street and walk up to the hotel which is only 20 -30 steps away. The shower water could be hotter.

Our visit to Çırağan Hotel Bosphorus was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness. I liked the location of the hotel and how close it is to different attractions in Istanbul. The check-in and check-out process was fast and extremely simple. The room was very hot and the air conditioning was not functioning. I complained to the front office, but nothing was done to fix the issue. The room was also very small. Additionally, the lift is extremely small and cramped.

They stole $100 from me when I left it in the safe. I feel badly writing this but I shouldn’t that’s a lot of money. F u

I paid gor another room and they give me another room, i paid 550€ for 3 nights because i want the room with bosphorus bridge view, and they give me a room on second floor without any view. I got nervous and after 1 hour of negotiations they gave me another room and still not the room I paid for and reserved. The room they give me was for 150€ for 3 nights because when i booked i selected the room that i want. To pay for the breakfast? Waste of money! I suggest to everyone that see my review please never go on this hotel! Thanks!
