Don't book at this place. They promise all sorts of things that they don't deliver. It's not really a hotel; you don't get all the services that they advertise. I was let down.

The hotel refuses to refund money for an erroneous booking. Even in person, they were unwilling to reach any compromise, so I will have to resolve this issue through my bank. The kettle in the room was dirty. The toilet is misaligned and unstable, and the flush button is crooked and coming loose. The shower drain filter is dirty. The room itself is very small.

The place was quite good for the price. The check in and check out went very smooth and we got help from the owner with our luggage . There is no elevator but it was not a challenge for us.Wi-fi works perfectly, There is kettle available and complimentary coffees in the room. Overall the place is great for the price but some small changes can make it even better. The bathroom was a little uncomfortable - there was almost no space for our toiletries and the toilet seat was a little bit dated and needs a small repair ( it was moving ). The room was really warm and the air-conditioning worked really well, but we wanted two separate blankets for more comfort while sleeping but it was not possible. Anyway we would love to visit again. ?

Great location and comfortable for a budget hotel. There was rarely anyone at reception. Texting all the time seemed a bit impersonal.

Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and quiet and no smoking inside. It had complete in-room facilities and safety deposit box and fridge. WiFi was good and Aircon was working well. They had available potable water in the lobby. No lift. Tv satellite was down.

One of the best hotels in Marrakesh. Both the staff and the service are commendable. I stayed at the hotel for the second time and will do so again soon. Any recommendation.

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Anyone coming to Istanbul on a budget should stay here, which is just 12 mins walk to Sultanahmet Mosque. Tram station and Arasta Bazar is nearby.
