The hotel was within walking distance to all the major sites and attractions. The staff was very attentive, friendly and customer focused.! None

The location was very good, very close to Aghia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. I paid extra for a room with a view to the city (mainly I expected view to the Aghia Sophia mosque but the room was in the first floor (2 meters from the ground - the lobby was 1 meter below ground) and it was at the rightmost part of the building with very little view to anything, the best thing I could view was a parking place with lots of cars and traffic and noise coming from the street. In that circumstances it could be better if we had a cheaper room in the back with no view as we would avoid the noise! The light in the Bathroom was really low for the mirror, not suitable for shaving, no extra mirror was available. The A/C was not working and the temperature in the room was quite high so we felt really uncomfortable with this. The hotel was obviously not full with guests but the staff didn't make any effort to move us to a better room although I tried to inform them that the price we paid was very high for the value we got ( just out of curiosity I googled the hotel and I could find a much better price in the same hotel for the days we stayed if I searched in booking.com so obviously we got a relatively high price, but the staff claimed that the list price was much higher and we got the room with discount, although obviously no one gets the actual list price but a much lower price.) Overall, staff was polite but no real action was taken for any complaints that we kindly expressed. Also, the breakfast was not what you expect from a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful location just a short walk from the Hajia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Helpful staff and comfortable room. We wo u ld happily stay there again!

The location was excellent. 3 min walk from hagasophia and basilica cistern. Everything is nearby I felt like it was fake advertisement. My room did not look like what pictures showed. There are no views from Rooms and on the rooftop you can bearly see haga sophia. Pictures are false advertisement. Hotel looks kind of old and outdated and staff in FD are not very friendly

The location of the property is fantastic. The staff is friendly, breakfast is fantastic and rooms are in good condition.

The place exceeded my expectations. Big thanks you manager Kerem, super nice, professional and very accommodating. I was flighting 4 am to Istanbul, was thinking I can just walk around the city until check in time, but he was able to provide the room at 6am so I can sleep. Location is perfect walking distance to main tourist spots with a lot of bars/ restaurants around. Definitely coming back

Loved the location and breakfast Had some wafts of cigarette smoke smell come through and the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation… also heard guests above us all night through ceiling

Very comfy bed, clean, good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. On the top there is a rooftop bar with an amazing view. Totally recommend!

The hotel was extremely clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located near many major tourist attractions in Sultanahmet, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, from the housekeeping ladies who cleaned our room every day, to the waiters and the reception staff, always willing to provide useful information and do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. I recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart and would gladly stay here again. There was nothing I disliked.

Closeness to ALL TOURIST SH ATTRACTIONS. Most of the things were likable.

Loved our stay in the heart of old town, Fatih district. The place was amazing, the staff were very respectful, courteous and kind. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety of Turkish style breakfast items. We were upgraded to a room with a view of Hagia Sofia, that was so nice! Loved the proximity of all the places to visit from Celal! The terrace had an amazing view as well! Wish we had more time and could have explored more of Istanbul! Nothing.

The location is perfection. It’s within a 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet square and all the main historical attractions in the area. Despite being in the middle of the old city, it’s very quiet at night. The staff were very nice and helped us arrange transport to the airport. They even packed us a sandwich when we left since it was early and we missed the breakfast. The breakfast had good selection and the staff were very nice. No complaints.

Very pricey! I kindly asked to bring iron to the room, but they don’t have it in facility.

The room was smaller than the one in pictures. Infact i think i was not given the room i paid for
