By all means one of the best hotels I have been in the last 30 years around the world. It is expensive, but if you want to live in a palace and have been treated like royal family this is a place. There is nothing

Magnificent setting right on the Bosporus. Glorious hotel and sumptuous breakfast. This is truly a 5-star hotel experience. Friendly staff and wonderfully helpful Concierge desk. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a perfect experience. Kempinski properties are the best! High quality everything and the views from our rooms were inspiring. You have been warned. The cost of a glass of Champagne with dinner in their more casual restaurant was shockingly expensive for middle grade bubbly. Almost $70 USD a glass. I wouldn't flinch if it was $30 a glass...but, I felt ripped off at $70 a glass when I can buy an entire bottle of the same basic Tattinger Brut at home for far less than that....

comfortable bed , lovely views and spa was amazing the breakfast option was huge but all Turkish, no European cheese no cream cheese we had an incident as my Husband became sick and he vomited in the uber car in a paper bag which spilled little bit on the car flower , the bell boy and the hotel staff took care and cleaned that. my husband pay him extra tip due to this incidence , 2 h later we got a call from the Hotel asking us to pay the uber $ 300 due to the small amount of vomit that spoiled his car floor and what was fully cleaned by the staff and they were negotiating the payment for the driver with us ... I was surprised and shocked to receive such a call after mid night from such a prestigious Hotel.

It was beautiful with amazing views . We loved the large balcony and the breakfast each morning was top notch! The staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner at the Bosphorus Grill was not our favorite .

Food option for toddlers wasn’t available around the hotel. We had to go to the room to order from room service every time.

The Staff is incredible. Turkish courtesy and professionalism at its best. The manager Osman is impressive in the way he handles the customers as well as the concierge team. Uğur is your best ambassador to the city best places.

The view from our room was breathtaking! Facilities were well taken care of. Variety at breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and respectful. Everything is quite pricey.

Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The location directly on the Bosphorus is unmatched, with breathtaking views from sunrise to late evening. the only thing i didn’t like was that the trip ended it would’ve been nice if we could stay long ayhan was the absolute BESTn entity !

Great and iconic, absolutely beautiful views of the Bosphorus. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the food is superb. Breakfast was excellent. The gym and indoor pool are really small, so not much in that regard.

The check-in process was smooth, and the option for late check-out was very convenient. The staff were excellent, and the view over the Bosphorus is truly stunning. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the room: housekeeping was exceptional. The gym is great, with modern equipment and very clean facilities. The hotel was consistently busy, and restaurant service did not meet expectations: improvised tables, loud staff conversations, and even cleaning during meals affected the experience (someone was vacuum cleaning around our table!). Afternoon food options are limited. The gym opens too late (7:00 am) for an international hotel. Although we booked a Bosphorus view room, it mostly faced a small but loud soccer court with only a partial side view of the water and Borsphorus river, which was disappointing. Consider asking for the rooms facing the castle.

Sultan Hammam at the Spa was excellent, great breakfast, great services at the doormens, staff at reception and concierge so so kind. I will be back here for sure!soon! everything was excellent
