Extremely polite staff, always ready to help. The hotel was very clean. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. There was no option to include breakfast in the quoted price.

I like the politeness of the staff and the willingness to help and improve Entered a room air condition didnt work staff tried to clean it didn't help. We reveived new rooms. AC worked superbly Ive yet to see a clean towel. Like for real first towel it looked like someone shit on it on a spot and then it looked like it spilled through it. As in a black spot followed by a stray line. I showed it to the people who clean they were suprised too. Took it gave us new. And the new towels also felt unclean Seriously it feels like people do butt stuff all over towels and its recycled to next guest. P.s. they Should fix their restaurant to have open buffet. Like any other hotel. We had to pay 60 euro a day to enjoy breakfast we refused and ate outside for a quarter of the price. Its a concept of principle. It feels waste to use its restaurant.

Nothing at all, the hotel expectations is not meet at all example; 1- The beds not comfortable. 2- The A/C is not cool enough. 3- The towels is very bad condition. 4- The toilet smell very bad. 5- The rooms is very very small. 6- The bed sheets is very bad. 7- The carpet condition is very bad. I didn’t like a single things in this hotel Totally this hotel is not deserved as 5 stars hotel and required to review back again.

Cleanliness was OK, Staff were Ok. No much varitiets at breakfast. Toilet water jet for hygiene was not good.

The hotel was ok average not 5 star More like 3 star I had a horrible Experience ,when I checked in We had three rooms I told Them one of the rooms required a late check out 3 pm because of a flight timing and offered to pay for that the guy at the desk told me not to worry and it will be taken care of ,the room was for someone With 3 young children ,and she was by her self ,the day of check out they demanded she leaves at exactly 12 and did not offer her one minute more ,she was in a panic ,and ruined her whole day and experience ,I don’t Recomnded this hotel to any one ,and will never stay their Again very bad service ,and no type of customer relations ,they also prevented me from using the shuttle Bus that goes to the airport ,
