Lack of kitchen utilities

The location of the hotel was good The staff are very inexperienced , the service was very bad.

Clean rooms, Staff are helpful. The hotel lobby , elevators are not air conditioned. It’s so warm to walk or set in the lobby. The management tries to decrease the electricity bill by not cooling these facilities during the summer but that’s not helpful ! Water in showers not having heated water. In early morning we couldn’t have a warm water to shower it was only cold

Hotel itself is good. ㅡclean & comfortable room ㅡnice staff ㅡeasy access by public transportation Not decent atmosphere ㅡ location in the old market. The place is packed with shops, there are also a lot of restaurants though. I wouldn't like to stay later in the market place even though the hotel itself is good.

comfort Suites hotel is near with the Exhibition Istanbul Expo, just Two Stop station by Metro. sounding many grocery store and May Turkey Restaurant choice.

Muhammat was really helpful, the fact he speeks also arabic was very helpful the location is good, it is far from the center, but the hotel is close to metro and metrobus stations and you can easily reach the Heart of istanbul. the neighborhood is very safe, there is a lot of shops and restaurants, Serinevler meydan is close and vibrant Just avoid room number 601, called family room. it was the first room i booked for it's backyard, but the surprise was that the staff can enter the room from outside. we were surprised to see that someone from the staff had accidentally entered the room to fix something without asking for permission. after this incident we asked a room change. the other rooms are great no worries but just avoid the family room number 601

Let me make it clear that the personnel overall was very helpful and willing to help even though there was a big language barrier and no one in the staff spoke fluent English making the communication very difficult. The cleanliness of the hotel was also at a very good level. Let me start by saying there is nothing “comfortable” about “Comfort Suites”. The insulation between rooms was non existent as I could hear everything plus when a smoking couple showed up, the smoke was invading my room from the connecting door. Even though the room I booked had a kitchen I couldn’t use it and cook as there was no kitchenware at all (pans, utensils etc) The hotel was also under construction and there was renovation taking place at my floor and other areas making my stay even more noisy. On top of everything the elevators were not operating on a regular basis, the safe was out of order and the door handle that showed by option for housekeeping (do not disturb or please come) Overall a complete disappointment and the staff hasn’t replied to my requests for a partial refund..

Kitchen facility is good so you can bring your food and prepair ur self as you like It was near my work

Everything was great-full, good stuff , a lot of compliments . What was the best is that staff trying to help on all issues . We didnt hear “Not” .

Limited breakfast and not included Housekeeping not systematic Have to ask for towels. Bed & sheets not changed ( four nights )

The reception staff are friendly, except for an older gentleman who got mad at me when I asked for a refund for the nights I wouldn’t be staying there. Very dirty, hair on the floor, stains on the upholstery and duvet, poorly soundproofed (we could hear absolutely everything from the neighboring room). The ventilation system brings cigarette smoke from other rooms. I couldn’t stay more than two nights and moved to the Hilton. Unfortunately, I lost all my money because they didn’t refund me for the nights I didn’t stay, losing almost 500 euros. The staff are at least kind and polite, but the hotel is just awful really. I don’t understand these reviews saying the hotel is clean.

The location was close to transport and had very convenient shops and convenience stores around—could easily get breakfast and a variety of dining at all hours. The staff was fantastic for any question and very helpful. The heating was difficult to turn down, though I suppose visiting in winter they preferred this to having too little heat!

The staff were incredibly helpful and guided us with everything we needed, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, everything about the property was great. Nothing
