Unfortunately air condition was broken. It wasnt fixed in short period of time. Room was hot

Be aware that if you need an invoice for reimbursement, you may run into serious problems. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't been able to get one. Booking. says the hotel should issue the invoice. The hotel says Booking.com should provide it. They just keep passing the responsibility back and forth, and no one is able to provide a proper invoice.

well located for our business trip but didnt feel like a place to walk around after work. It was clean and the room was a good size the shower didnt work properly. There was no english speaking TV available. The rooftop bar was a little basic and the reception staff were not very helpful

Room 1 was assigned as a smoking room despite my booking specifying non-smoking. Room 2 had a strong sewage odor from the toilet. Room 3 was the only acceptable option - but it had a double bed instead of the two separate twins I had specifically booked. Additionally, the TV was non-functional and the hot/cold mixer in the shower was broken.

The property was in a good location, lots of local stores and restaurants. The pool was closed, the price upon check in was a lot lower than what I paid, it was an additional $38 a day for breakfast. The A/C didn’t work I was told it was heat only on the 15th floor it got hot. The TV was only in Turkish and when I asked about English subtitle they told there are only two channels that were in English and that’s the best they can do. Overall it’s wasn’t a horrible experience however I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. I was also told the pool was closed due to a broken glass panel which was another big reason I booked this location.

The AC in the room was not working, which is unacceptable and the staff who tries to fool, making up excuses. It’s simply not up to the level and price of the hotel.

Security surveillance

Everything was good, from the greeting of the staff till the very end until we checked out. Very good hotel. Nothing not to like, everything was reasonable and great.

In the room tv should be updated one to watch as per our language along free Netflix and YouTube etc. Current one is only native language no other languages channel were available.

First of all the its important to note that the sea view is not the bes. You can see it but its miles away but you can see the princess island again miles away. The staff are very friendly and helpful but communication is an issue as normally there is only one person on a shift whoc an speak English. Ordering from the room service is very challenging due to the language barrier but syaing that the staff are very good once you get your message accross. The rooms we ere given were not what we belive we paid for and after complaniing they changed one fot he rooms to a better room but that wa safter one night stay. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is really nice. The hotel is very far from centre or main atratcions and the traffice normally going into town is bad so it generally takes about 40-50mins to go into the centre from the hotel and the taxis ar enot Cheap unless you get an Uber.

Location I called twice and told that we need 2 seperate beds and 1 seperate bed extra for 3 person. They said ok. But the room was not ready and they gave us 1 king bed and 1 sofa
