The team was so helpful, also the room is getting cleaned every day. Location it’s center of shooting area you don’t need any transportation to shop we just walking and shop.

I was warmly welcomed by the manager, Orhan. The breakfast is great, and the hospitality is wonderful; I highly recommend this lovely place, which offers all the comforts you could ask for. The only thing that needs changing are the armchairs in the living room

Location Very old . Using the same name of Delta hotels . That was my s normally followed by Delta Hotels by Marriott . Initially , we felt scammed but it turned out to be not too bad.

The location is outstanding, right in the heart of everything I needed, shopping, great food, cafés, and all key amenities just steps away. Special thanks to Mr. Waleed at reception, who was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. All were good

The rooms was very very small, the bath was small and not clean

Very good location, near metro, restaurants, main street. Nice hotel, good breakfast. Good communication with the staff. Window in my room needs to be changed, because even closed the noise from outside can be heard. The kettle in my room could not be turned off so it has to be changed too.

Dirty room , the house keeper doesn’t house keep nor clean ! All she does is take the trash out and give us a bottle of water ( we stayed in the suite ) . The carpet was extra mega dirty , when my toddler walks on it bare feet for only 5 mn her feet becomes black from dirt which is disgustingly disgusting! She doesn’t even take the kitchenware, cups from 3 days that we order through room service still here , breakfast that I had in my room , plates still here after two days . . Hair in the shower she didn’t clean it till day three . Yellowish toilet . The room was dirty period . Other than that I enjoyed my stay however housekeeping must work or go .

I had a wonderful experience at Delta Hotel Istanbul. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service at the reception. Mr. Manapez Orhan and Mr. Nurten were especially helpful, professional, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me with every request. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely thank Mr. Orhan and Mr. Nurten for their outstanding hospitality!
