Location The morning staff was terrible. They controlled both the air conditioning they keep it on fan not cooling and the elevator. On the day we checked out, they turned the elevator off, forcing us to carry our luggage down five flights of stairs. It felt very unprofessional and unsettling. I would not stay here again because of the way guests were treated. Stay away from this place period.

I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. The management and staff are super accommodating and kind. We felt like we were family. The hotel is within walking distance of so much of what every tourist wants to see from Blue Mosque to Grand Bazaar to Bosphorus River.
