Dimora Kadıköy

Staff were amazing and helpful. They cared everything and their approach was wonderful. I liked the hotel it was clean, great location, worth the money and definitely recommend it to stay! No elevator but staff helped us for our luggages. Friday and Weekends there are a lot noise in that area because of night clubs.

Good location for transport, nightlife, Turkish baths and cafes. Very steep stairs, they didn't bother me, but they might be difficult for some. No s bend in bath room so occasional wafts even though clean. Some loud music nearby at night, but it might have been a one off.

location is perfect

The location was perfect in the Kadikoy neighborhood. Check in and customer service were excellent and the room was a great value.

Location, price, staff and cleanliness. The room was comfortable and totally appropriate for our purposes. We came to Istanbul to explore the city, not stay in a hotel room. Blocks from the ferries, taxis, busses and metro. Unfortunately, this is an older building and has no elevator. However, the staff took care of getting our luggage up and down the stairs. Traversing the stairs was a blessing in disguise.

Our stay in Dimora was perfect! The location is very central, the room was super clean, and the hosts were amazing. Real Turkish hospitality, thank you!

Amazing location, tucked away in a more quiet street but so close to all the best parts of Kadikoy

They guided us and arranged transport for us as well which was reasonable as well. The location was great, close to port and market,5 min walking each. The room was a bit smaller than expected but if you’re only staying for a short period of time it shouldn’t really matter.

There is a minor issue with noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper, it’s better to use earplugs, no elevator if it is important for someone to know. Apart from that, it’s a great option for a short stay of a couple of nights.

Nothing Smelled very bad in the room from the toilet and they didn’t want to give us our money back

Location was great. So close to Kadikoy bus station, metro and ferry port. The workers were very friendly even thought they didn’t speak English there was no problem communicating thanks to google translate. Very accommodating. Building and room was very charming, old ottoman building so it wasn’t 100% spick and span but nonetheless it was clean. Lots of lovely food shops nearby, I definitely recommend !!!!

Hotel Dimora was such a gem! We loved the traditional style. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. I had the most comfortable stay and the staff was so welcoming. Thank you, Davut! It's in a great place in Kadikoy - just close enough to the busy parts but also quiet enough that you can rest. It's also near metro, bus, and ferry service. Great value and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was very comfortable, and had great light and plenty of storage space. All of the hotel staff went well out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with whatever we needed. They gave us great recommendations, and made us look forward to coming back home at the end of each day. We want to especially mention Daud and Amir who are such lovely, kind people. They made our trip feel really special. Sometimes it could be tricky to get the shower water dialed to the correct temperature.

Excellent staff and location, as well as the property. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, and great central location for markets, etc… Superb friendly hosts. Will definitely visit again? No complaints whatsoever.. All positive.

I recommend Dimora for anybody staying in the heart of Kadikoy. David at the front desk was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, walking distance to multiple restaurants

Condition of building, old

The noise. The hotel is situated on a street with a couple of bars / restaurants, like 2 doors down. Those places tend to blare music loudly through the night, until 2-3 AM. Even with the windows closed you can still hear it. The walls are pretty thin, noise from the other rooms is easily heard as well. So if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep in, this doesn't seem to fit the bill.

Good location, comfortable room, toiletries provided, friendly staff. A little mildew in the shower, a bit noisy, couldn’t open the window for fresh air, not the most comfortable mattress.
