Friendly staff, mahdi and Gündüz were greatly helpful. Location in the heart of fatih district, just a few minutes by tram to sultanahmet. The neighborhood is not the fanciest, steep roads and local workers vibes. Noise was heard across the rooms, the view of the room was a metal staircase.

The description of the room is not close to the reality. It said street view then they put us at the basement. Staff reception was going back and forth about the situation. No slippers in room, no brushes, etc ..., if you need to have to call reception. The airport transfer is just they called you a taxi then ask for higher price compared to the parameters, then keep asking why you did not choose their service. I expected to have a different type of car transfer but I realized they charged me so much higher when I arrived to the airport. Shower was broken, need to call reception to fix it.

The staff are very helpful and super approachable. Great advice on activities and how to avoid getting scammed. They did our laundry for 5euro per kilo, however it was not ironed.

Great value for money! I was a bit hesitant at first due to some reviews, but I’m glad I stayed here. The hotel is very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe with no trash smell on the street. The location is great, very close to the center, and the street is quite manageable (just a typical Istanbul road, not overly steep like many others). The staff was lovely and even let us stay a bit past check-out for free. I would recommend this cozy hotel. Just a small tip: there was a bit of a strange noise at night (most probably coming from the elevator) that might need checking. We were in the 4th floor with no elevator and could still hear it when you're resting in the bed.

I liked everything, very friendly staff and they always help in everything and provide emergency assistance. Rooms are cleaned every day, so it's quite good, coffee and tea are always at hand. The location is quite convenient, 5 minutes to the metro, 3-5 minutes to other modes of transport. And also to all the temples is quite close, about 10 minutes on foot. I am satisfied and my recommendation if you need to walk a lot to the sights and especially if this is your first trip, then visit this hotel -

Right in the centre of the wholesale garment market. Not much travel uphill to the tram station Beyazit Super excellent host Very clean and tidy Quite compact elevator but then the positive is that there is an elevator and no need to climb stairs.

Good location They mention they have parking, but actually they don’t have. We booked a stay with this option as it was important for us. Also the bathroom was not clean and there was mold.

Towels, toiletries and water were provided every day. The hotel is in a neighborhood only 500 m from the Grand Bazaar and a 10 min walk from Sultanahmet. My first room in the basement had a small bathroom but the staff helped change it for me after a couple of nights.

The staff is simply wonderful. We really appreciated their support during our stay!

Location, good cleaning, provided us with a late checkout. Room does not look like the photos. There are extra dressings in the photo that are not part of the room. There’s no photo of the bathroom because it’s frankly horrific. The toilet is in the shower, the shower door doesn’t close/open, the toilet paper holder is outside of the shower/toilet area, the sink is so small you can’t wash your face without hitting your face on the shelf. The shower head is leaking. The towel rack is broken. The entire bathroom was a DIY project and it needs to be redone. The economy room was in the basement with no light, there was no mention of this in the listing. The walls are thin between rooms. I can hear the person next door cough. Strong smell of cigarettes throughout the hotel.

Congested, not so clean. Specially staff attitude is very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Hotel is located closer to Tram and attraction place like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, there were good restaurants in walking distance as well. Netflix and Youtube were available on Smart TV without any connection interruptions which was enjoyed by my kid. There was mould on the bathrooms and toilet where bit shaky. One of the day, room cleaning was not proper. Few of the tours does not come to hotel reception for pick up since the streets were narrow but alternative pick up available within 10 mins walk.

Good experience, no problem at all. Rooms are perfect.

The staff was very attentive, I asked them all my questions and got answers. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was nothing missing, the owner is a very good person, I will choose the hotel again. Thank you.
