Location was perfect, most of the staff were very helpful accept for couple of staff were not helpful at all, breakfast was ok i got tired of eating the same food everyday, rooms were clean, once again Location was ideal.

Location is great, friendly personnel, good breakfast. Walking distance from main landmarks, metro and train stations The window view was different from what had been promised and the AC kept turning off, the internet connectivity wasn’t so good

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The was clean and the shower had good water pressure. Wifi signal was strong even on the 3rd floor. It was very affordable for 2 nights and came with a descent breakfast. I very much appreciated the early checkin upon arrival which was approximately 4 hours early. Traveled with mom who has difficulty with long distance walks and stairs. Taxi had to park in the alley to load and unload us with 5 bags. There are no parking or drop off spot for this hotel. You have to climb some stairs to the entrance level take elevator one floor up to lobby level. Room was a lot smaller than advertised.

Location Facilities are not well maintained, our door was jammed and need hatd force to open

We booked two rooms for three nights. The first night the air conditioning didn't work. We informed the manager in the morning, and they told us it was being fixed and provided us with a fan. The air conditioning finally worked in one room, but not in the other. Our room faced a covered interior courtyard, where there was no air circulation. It was very hot. I asked for a room change, but the hotel was fully booked.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is good. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel. The staff is very professional. Thank you everyone! Please improve the breakfast. Mainly increase the variety!

Staff listened and ensured their customers were comfortable. Location is central to major attractions, bus and metro No additional facilities. However, staff were willing to signpost me to services required. Breakfast was a bit boring. Same meals every morning.
