The weather was unusually cold during our stay & they went out of their way to turn on the heat, which in May is normally turned off.

Location was perfect near a lot of historical places, grand bazar tram and good restaurants. A huge thank you to the entire staff, Emrah, Húsnú and Alim, for their exceptional attentiveness and genuine service-minded approach. A nice hotel in a good neighborhood. The room was very small, but there was a balcony. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. There was a hot water heater for coffee, but no breakfast. Very small room, no breakfast served.

Great location and staff, very friendly ☺️ We had some issues with the sink, sink leaking from drain,was fixed but still kept leaking( indeed the option to changed room was offered). Towels can be replace with newer as they are a bit old.
