The breakfast was not so varied. Request a room which does not have windows next to the road. That road is highly used so in the room will be very noisy. Noise caused by cars and people talking next to the Hotel.

I loved the hotel! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and cozy. I slept very well with incredible views from my room. Everything was in perfect condition and clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. If I come to Istanbul a thousand times, I would stay at this hotel a thousand times!

I liked the location because it was close to many historic sites in the old city. The breakfast was good with plenty to eat and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and the bathroom had a good strong shower.

A little bit of a walk ( uphill/ downhill) to the tram station and to places of attraction.

The staff, especially Silip, were great. So helpful and informative. Was really more like a concierge than a Manager. The location has many positives including one block from Blue Mosque, however the mass transit is about 8 min walk. Surprisingly it's a Very quiet location

The best front desk experience of our holiday in Turkiye and Greece. Phillipe was wonderful with orientating our revisit to Istanbul after many years. We found our way around seamlessly after he pouted us in the right direction. Everything was great . Istanbul can be very chaotic and crowded.

Location is unbeatable, 5 minute walk to the blue mosque. Super friendly staff that helped a lot, Bega took our stay to another level, thank you! Hotel is very basic, you get all you need but that's it. Breakfast is bad, we even got some water with fruit that was bad. Hotel needs to be refurbished is quite old.
