Great and polite staff The ceiling is really low, I was taller than the ceiling next to the wardrobe and the bathroom. The shower is super short too, not going higher than my belly, really bad shower experience.

The room was quite small and had a distinct, musty smell due to the high humidity.

Location was excellent and staff were superb. Mehmet at reception was outstanding. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay in Istanbul as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hasan, the hotel owner. Awesome little boutique hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Istanbul.

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by genuinely kind, caring, and welcoming people. The entire team made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly valued as guests. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly special. As parents traveling with a baby, cleanliness is very important to us, and everything was absolutely spotless. Our room, the bathroom, the towels, the bed linens, and even our baby’s crib were all perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast prepared with love by the wonderful Mrs. Azize. It felt warm, authentic, and full of care—just like a meal at home. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager and the entire staff. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The manager is one of the most humble, generous, and kind-hearted people we have ever met. We were especially touched when he invited our family to celebrate his birthday with him. That gesture meant so much to us and is something we will never forget. ❤️ Since our baby is formula-fed, I often needed access to the kitchen to prepare his meals. The kitchen facilities were excellent—clean, organized, and always available whenever we needed them. I would also like to thank the wonderful housekeeping team, who kept our room immaculate every day, and the young staff members who were always ready to help with a smile. No request was ever too much for them. What makes this hotel truly special is not only the beautiful facilities but the people who work there. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. Thanks to them, our first trip as a family became a memory we will cherish forever. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is very clean with elevator. Good breakfast, hot water with good pressure. Excellent location. Walking distance to all attractions 3 minute to blue mosque, 5 to the Topkapi place and Hagia Sofia. 15 min to Grand Bazar 25 min to spice Bazar. Many transportations options nearby. The very best thing about this hotel is the excellent staff and location. This is a true boutique hotel that truly cares about their guests. Mehmet at the front desk was extremely helpful in assisting us with advice, directions, and restaurant options. His recommendations were consistently excellent. Bahar, the breakfast manager, was always gracious in making sure our requests were met each morning. We very much appreciated both and their care and attention to detail and they exceeded our expectations. Our Deluxe Double room was clean and comfortable. The location is extremely easy and within a short walk for accessing all the sites in and around Sultanahmet. The Sultanahmet tram stop is a 10 minute walk which gave us access to all of Istanbul and the airports. The room was a Deluxe Double and fine overall, but one of the smallest rooms we have stayed in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Sultanahmet. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and many great cafés and restaurants. It’s ideal for exploring Istanbul on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a nice balance of modern comfort and traditional charm. Despite being in such a busy historic area, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, or arranging transportation. Their hospitality really made the stay special. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to start the day right. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its location, service, and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul

Hotel is nicely situated in the heart of Sultanahmet and it's a walking distance to nearby attraction places and public transportation for you to get around. If you are looking for a modern and neat looking hotel, look no further. We booked their 'Double Room with Balcony' which was at their highest floor. It was pleasantly comfortable and cozy, and it offers you everything you need in a hotel. Breakfast was great! Bonus: their staff were fabulous! They will go their way in making your stay a pleasant and memorable one.

This hotel is located in a perfect place for exploring Istanbul. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. That we could not stay longer.

Reception staff was nice We made a mistake and did not realize we had booked a basement room. It is difficult to understand how the hotel can even offer such rooms. No reasonable person would stay there, even for free. The room was extremely noisy—you could hear toilets flushing, people walking overhead, and constant street noise. It was also unpleasantly smelly: breakfast is served on the same floor and people smoke there, with the odor going directly into the room. We left after the first night despite having booked several nights. The hotel management was fully aware of this but still classified the room as non-refundable. This is a scam on tourists.
