Just location This property appears to have fake reviews. Staff asked guests to use their phones to leave reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of the ratings. The hotel is nowhere near an 8-star property. We found cockroaches in our room, which was completely unacceptable. The staff also seemed disorganised throughout our stay. They initially tried to send us to the wrong room, and if we hadn’t checked the airport transfer charge ourselves, we would have been overcharged. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying . Avoid at all costs .

Location was great, close to Taksim square, restaurants and metro The people at reception were very rude, in a discussion with the person at reception,he started shouting at me. I was staying with family including a 10 year old child, and I faced their rude behavior in front of my family.

I like everything here. The staff , the view from my balcony. And the area. It was very close to everything. I really like it so much. The room was very clean and with everything that we need. But the most amazing thing about the place again is the staff.Burhan, Abdullah and Amir and Ibrahim. They are all amazing people and very helpful. I really like everything.

Close to high street Staff was not helpful and I need to communicate to booking com but your staff not helpful is well .

We had a such terrible experience and we were charged extra from what was shown when I booked. We strongly think we should be credited for the extra charge plus not getting what we booked for.

It’s safe and proximate. The breakfast was not how we expected unfortunately.

nothing I honestly expected a much better experience for the amount I paid. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and did not feel like proper hotel beds, which made it difficult to rest. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards or expectations compared to the price charged.”

Location was perfect, close to Taksim square & Besiktas stadium, easy access to the Europa League Final entertainment. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work & extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work which made the room very humid. Telephone was also not operational.

The hotel is located in a very good location at Taksim, very friendly staff, welcoming, helpful and friendly. breakfast is good and rooms are clean. Our room was small for a double room. I tried to get a late check out (14:00) but the hotel maybe was fully booked so they didn’t give may such a flexibility

I booked this hotel for my mother who was traveling alone, and the team exceeded every expectation. They reached out right after booking to understand her needs — a small gesture that gave me enormous peace of mind. They also arranged early check-in (in the morning and no extra charge) so she wouldn't have to wait, which was incredibly thoughtful. Throughout her stay, the staff was warm, attentive, and always responsive. As someone who couldn't be there in person, knowing she was so well looked after meant everything. This is exactly the kind of hotel you trust with someone you love.

Receptionists weren't friendly and respectful. The sheets were old and torn. The AC didn't work, and I told the Receptionists two times and didn't do anything. Change the sheets and fix the AC.
