Breakfast was excellent.

The location was fantastic, the breakfast was lovely. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and would return.

Great breakfast, good location for the major sights and public transport. Close to lots of restaurants. Room was much smaller than we expected and the bed was not very comfortable.

The location is really great, in walking distance to many of the famous buildings in Istanbul. The hotel has a roof terrasse where breakfast is served, so you can have breakfast with a nice view. Breakfast is ok. The staff at reception was very friendly and attempted to help with any inquiries - sometimes with success, sometimes not. The door to our balcony did not lock and that problem could not be fixed. The Internet worked sometimes, but more often not. If it worked it was weak. The TV did not work and when I reported this to reception I was informed that was a problem for the entire hotel. I tried to report this with the hotel telephone - which also did not work. Perhaps it is time for a new telcom to engage. There was a small fridge in the room, when I opened it an awful smell came out. I had to open the balcony door to get the smell out of the room. Then it was of course handy that the door did not lock anyway. Altogether, a bit of investment in infrastructure really is necessary.

Great location next to the blue mosque. Very nice street with plenty of restaurants, but without hassle from crowds of tourists and annoying merchants. I would say it is a perfect location is you want to explore the old town. Definitely will come back! The bathroom. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be better (please clean the walls inside the shower cabin). Lightbulb was missing/broken above the sink so it was quite darn inside. Very noisy ventilation fan in the bathroom - please replace it.

The hotel is somewhat faded, but everything was functioning well and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful with great choices and the ladies taking care of it were very friendly and made absolutely sure that everything was replenished when necessary. The location is excellent. The mattraces showed their age, but they were not truly uncomfortable.

Good location and friendly staff and amazing breakfast The air conditioner in our room was not working and it spit out ice in the middle of the night. Both nights we were staying the AC made loud noises in the middle of the night because it was crystalizing ice and it even spit out large ice pieces to our bed and hit my partner. We could also see water damage on the wall from the AC so it seems to have been an issue for a while but they clearly had not fixed it. The facilities in general were old and not very well maintained. The staff were lovely but unfortunately we would not stay again here again given that we expected better for this price range.

The AC was old and barely worked, the room was dirty with hairs and wall marks, and the cabinet door hung on one hinge. Switching rooms didn’t improve the situation. Don’t recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel Is the location in the old city. The pictures must be very old as the property is really tired and the lack of maintenance is present everywhere. The breakfast is low quality and the advertised parking is paid separately but just down the road from the hotel. The rooms stink and the bathrooms stink even more. The daily cleanup consists of making the beds and replacing towels.

Good location. Close to sites of interest. Nice courtyard, terrace and front cafe tables. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Toilet not attached to floor, have to shut bathroom door to use sink, only one bottle of water, tiny thin paper cup for instant coffee, and no top sheet. Early flight out and promised sandwiches in lieu of breakfast and no surprise, NO sandwiches. Moderate price and you get what you pay for. Not aware of extra fees with restaurants. Disgusted with being relentlessly and constantly accosted on the streets from restaurants and shops.

The best things about this place were the staff - all very helpful and nice, always hanging out outside and ready to help. The breakfast was exceptional, so many options, delicious eggs and all kinds of turkish delights. The courtyard was very cute. The location is perfect for visiting old town and the mosques. Air-Con worked The beds were not comfortable at all, unfortunately. We had some difficulty sleeping. Better matresses and pillows and readily available blanket would help :) They should invest in an Air-Con unit or two for when people eat breakfast - it was very hot up there with the sun in the summer time.

If you are very light sleeper, the sounds from the restaurant streets until 12am could bother you, or the prayer invitation from mosques. But for us it wasn't any issue, because after long day you just fell asleep very quickly :)))

It’s in the middle of the tourist area, but very quiet inside the hotel and rooms. Very nice atmosphere, genuinely helpful staff, attention to detail. Not too much variety but very good breakfast buffet. Amazing view from the breakfast restaurant ?. Will definitely come back ?

Location Very small rooms, rooms need to be cleaner and needs refurbishing, breakfats need more choice.

I recognised some very lovely people there who did everything for my personal security ?! I also Like the art ?️ everywhere inside the building. Everything was fine

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location It's obvious that the hotel is not new. Some of the furniture is damaged, the doors were difficult to lock.
