This property is in an EXCELLENT location. Public transportation is just across the street. It was quiet at night and there were lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The staff are very attentive and kind!! Nothing- we loved this property

Everything was missing, staff didnt understand english well..no iron, ac remote not working, worst internet, tv non functional, bad complimentary breakfast, everyday same breakfast, bad smell in the restaurant..lobby no ac, inside room cleaning required

Staff were very helpful as we arrived a day early unannounced (the only place in Europe our phones didn't work) and spent three nights there. Our corner room was a good size, except the desk which was stuck under the TV. Breakfast! Once again, nothing appealed to our western tastes and most of the food laid out we had no idea what it was. The chef made us an omelette each morning, above and beyond the call of duty. He probably felt sorry for us.

The room I had reserved for two nights at a price of 215 euros was rented to someone else. They took my time for three hours and even though they had deducted the money from my bank card, they wanted me to pay in cash. This hotel is a scam. Please report it everywhere. The rooms smelled bad, they had no ventilation, the rooms were dirty and small, the photos they posted on the site are fake.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and the second room was just as good. Great location, close to shops and metro stations. It was a wonderful experience — I highly recommend it!

Location is good but not other facilities. Break fast items are poor. Juice machines is not working properly for all. No humus or variety items. No well-being facilities, no dining facility. No Iron, tea coffee supplied. Bed sheets, towels are very very old, like using for years. Staff are not professional enough except one who done my check in.

Location was good very close to main centre Bathroom pipe was leaking so couldn’t use toilet. I informed at the reception but they didn’t fixed this issue or didn’t offer other room.
