Staff is friendly and talkative, very open to customers They provide water at Disgusting room: small window with the spot to yard of garbage and chickens. The cock was yelling during the whole day. There was hair in the bathroom, hair dryer which was almost crushed. The photos didn't match with the real situation. I asked to change the room, they said it's impossible, because all other rooms are full. There wasn't time of my own to change the location, so I had to stay for 1 night. The rooftop is opened, but it is the only place where you may sit down on the dirty chairs and take a look at the unused furniture and other silky stuff. Even the breakfast wasn't available at the property. I had got a message in advance, that breakfast can be taken in other 10-minutes-located-hotel? I didn't have enough time in the morning to try it. Probably it's even better for me. Do not recommend this place?

They clean our room every day, change sheets and towels. Breakfast was also good, especially panoramic view from rooftop. They closed rooftop we had to walk 10-15 every day for breakfast

I was very skeptical after reading the negative reviews but we had an exceptional experience. We had a room on the first floor and it was so nice we felt like we were in Dubai or sth. I loved the details in the room and how spacious it was! Breakfast had to be canceled due to some reasons I did not understand but they offered us breakfast at another hotel close by with an amazing view! Every day as soon as I opened my room door there was a friendly kitty saying hello to me. The location was veeery good although a bit uphill. I throughly enjoyed my stay and if we ever come back to Istanbul we will stay at the same hotel. I don’t think this is something the hotel can do but it was a bit noisy from the construction outside. However I’m a deep sleeper and after so much walking and sightseeing I slept like a baby without even bothering about the noise.

Overall experience was good, very welcoming and hospitable staff, excellent location, breakfast is not that bad tbh and the view is amazing. I slept super well! The bathroom did have a smell, it went off a couple of days and then came back again, if you are picky and pay attention to little details you realize the hotel is a real 7/10. Not what I would recommend if you’re looking for luxurious comfort.

I did not like it. The pictures are very deceiving. It’s very unclean. It’s not clean and the breakfast is very poor.

Only the staff, just the girl, she was really nice Dirty bed sheets, horrible bathroom smells, horrible AC smell, AC not working…. Rather a vent than AC, the walls are paper thin and you can hear anything through it. On top of all that, we booked a Turkish night in a cruise…. And the fooled us a lot, only 2 cups of alcohol included in 20 Eur, food was missing from the 50 Eur offer. A really bad accommodation experience. If I knew that I would have preferred to spend more and sit somewhere proper. Oooh and the breakfast…. Nothing to eat.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city and a stunning view of the Bosphorus from the terrace – a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Muhammed at the reception, who was especially helpful, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and I will definitely come back!

The hotel has a great location, close to many of Istanbul’s main attractions, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during our stay. Upon arrival, we were told that the internet was temporarily down and would be fixed in a day or two. However, nearby shopkeepers and another receptionist confirmed that Wi-Fi had not been available for quite some time, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel. Breakfast was another disappointment. If you arrive around 8:00 AM, the selection is decent, but if you come after 9:00, there’s hardly anything left to eat. This creates a poor experience, especially for guests who prefer a more relaxed morning schedule.

Nothing. Honestly this was a terrible experience. The halls smells like cat pee. And when we arrive the sir at the entrance told us they were going to do an upgrade because there was an issue in our original room. The upgrade was to put us in a basement room with no light and no windows, terrible. The breakfast is really poor as welll.

Nothing . Awfull experience ! We arrived at the location and left within 5 minutes. The hotel is situated in a very chaotic area — if you’re arriving by car, it’s a nightmare. The location is extremely inaccessible. On the street leading up to the hotel, there’s a man at a gate who raises metal barriers and won’t let you in unless you go and explain that you have a reservation. This important detail was never communicated to us by the hotel. Getting there was incredibly difficult, and once we finally did, we had no place to leave the car. This was especially frustrating since we had asked the hotel staff weeks in advance if parking was available, and they told us there was always availability. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The area didn’t feel safe enough to leave our car on the street, and we simply didn’t feel comfortable staying. The staff was unhelpful and even denied having any prior conversation about the parking situation — despite the fact that we have it all in writing, in the chat. We would have never booked this place if we had known the truth. Now they won’t even respond to our messages. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Thankfully, we only had one transit night planned here, and we chose to leave rather than spend the night in a sketchy area with a hotel whose staff is unresponsive and unreliable. Unsurprisingly, they are also ignoring our refund request.
