Staffs were really helpful

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. From Reception, HSK,Breakfast

Weak breakfast. Hotel is good for tourists without children. While being at hotel construction works take place near to hotel. It is unconfortable.

Very good breakfast and view from dining room. The lift was a bit small.

I liked how friendly most of the staff were. Idris was very helpful so was the kitchen staff, Ahmet and Karina. Having been able to use the pool and sauna.

Friendly staff, location good. Breakfast fantastic. We had booked & paid weeks before. On arrival, we were sent to a hotel around the corner. Comfortable but not what we expected.

The beds are comfortable The room was clean The sauna and pool were very nice The breakfast was ample though not to my liking but my partner enjoyed it, each to their own. Location central and walking distance to most attractions like the blue mosque and a beautiful stretch of coast line, no beach but beautiful park with lots of trees. All in all for the money great value for money. There was building working going on at the hotel over the road which was loud in the mornings but that was just bad luck. No complaints.

The location. Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. The metro station is nearby. The photos on Booking.com do not match the actual property. The room looked old and dingy. The room did not even have a kettle and drinking water. The quality of air in and around the hotel was very poor and heavily polluted.The sauna and the Turkish bath were not working. I booked the room for four nights. While checking in the receptionist mentioned that these two facilities will be fixed in two days. When I inquired two days later, he repeated the same thing. I believe the sauna and Turkish bath NEVER work in this property. The gym had very minimum equipment and they were not in working condition. This should be clearly mentioned in the property ad or these facilities should be removed from the hotel's ad description. The pool was very small and the water quality was questionable. The breakfast was complimentary but many food items were stale, including cut vegetables. The restaurant staff didn't speak either English or Turkish and it was really difficult to communicate with them. The hotel does not allow the guests to take any photographs as these shortcomings will be exposed. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Very clean n comfortable.Helpful staff. They helped us with parking. Restautants nearby. Breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety. Hotel was close to metro n tram which goes frequently to Sultanahmat and other athor main attractions. I reccomend highly, Its woth this price The pool was closed for cleaning on monday. We didnt know this before.

It was nice to not have to find breakfast in the morning The shower leaked, the room smelled stale; probably from years of smoking in the past. The laundry service they offered was only for dry cleaning so it was expensive.

Nice hotel, good quality for the price. Simple, tasty breakfast with a view, quiet rooms, and good beds. Spa department is very cozy, there's a small pool as well (as well as Turkish hamam and Finnish sauna). Good location near the Yenikapi metro station. Very friendly staff - we especially want to thank Cander for making us feel welcome and helping us with all our questions! Teşekkürler Cander! The area is quite busy, some music can be heard until 00. Light sleepers (like myself) should bring earplugs. No problem sleeping with them!

Our stay was great! The room was very clean and they changed our bedsheets and towels every day! The breakfast was very nice. It had everything you can eat in the morning! (+baklava) We loved it and we recommend it! ❤️

Absolutely not good service. Night reception was very aggressive and rude and i asked about the hamam, there was no Turkish bath as there was no body to provide Turkish bath and no massage as-well when it was included in my price. Cleaner entered the room without permission while i was out and she did not even clean. She folded the old dirty towels and put the back in my bathroom. She did not bother putting toilet roll and there was no toilet roll in bathroom. Left could only fit too people it. I could write a-lot more

Location of Hotel is excellent. Nearby Metro, Tramways and Busses. Little markets and restaurants. So you can easyly visit the city. Sauna + pool is very good. > Breakfast gets boring and served vegetables or food are not fresh (comes from conserves). > The rooms are very small. Hair dryer was a hair burner instead of dryer... There is no Boiling kettle to make tea or coffeee. > There is no Business center or acess to tables with chairs. (This could be solved by leaving the breakfast terrace open for clients 24h/24 but they close it (only acessible @breakfast). > Street shall be relatively calm (no much trafic in front of your windows) but you have a Restaurent at the corner using a JBL Street HiFi with loud sound and bass, playing fusion/techno-music from Evening untill Midnight !!! which in our sense is inacceptable and Hotels shall do someting against that. > Pool gets realy dirty on Saturday/Sunday....

I asked for a double room, and they gave me twin beds, room. I asked for quiet room they gave me 1st floor room under it a restaurant with night dancing till late night The breakfast was poor, the service and the layout when plates needed to be replaced as it was empty at the buffet ? not ? They said they changed the chief .. There is no kettle for coffee and tea to have in the room.... It's supposed to be tea and coffee served free in the lobby.... Asked for tea in the lobby...1st time, Was free. The chap who took over the night shift was stupidly rude and told me, that's they didn't give free tea or coffee in the lobby ? ? ?. Shame....!!!!!
