The room was not clean there was insects, the TV was broken and the fridge was not clean and the fridge was broken in my brother room. Even the remote was not working. We had ask for assistance and they never responded back.

Very dirty and very different from picture. My sister slept on coach and my wife didn’t take shower and barely used toilet because it was very dirty in the bathroom.

The location is close to many attractions in Istanbul, they clean the room averyday, that’s so good. It’s a budget hotel, so you don’t have great facilities but is good if you are just looking a place to sleep

There is no parking near hotel,every where paid parking at high cost.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were extremely friendly and checked on us daily to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Whenever we asked for anything, they guided us immediately. For this reason, this hotel will be my choice every time I visit Istanbul

A very well located hotel in a busy environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were recommended to have breakfast at a bakery just opposite the hotel -- excellent price-quality relationship, definitely recommendable. From the hotel, you can walk in a couple of minutes to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque or a Tram Station that brings you everywhere.

They take ma to a room not cleaned after the guest use. There was used towels in bathroom, used soap , trash bin is full of garbage, too small room, there was long hair on the floor, the pillow sheet was not available

Staff is amazing, friendly and trying to help in any way. Overall, nice experience and good price. Things needs to be fixed such as: TV was inoperable, loose faucet and broken door frame.
