The hotel was clean and cozy, but the breakfast was bad

Nothing Hotel was not flexible when our plans changed and we had to reduce our stay. They did not accept booking.coms request for modification. The Manager was just after the money and will not listen to any thing. After a long discussion she agreed to refund only half of the remaining nights. Which was used to book for another room because my partner’s flight delayed and we couldn’t leave on the planned date. We got to know about this delay in the late afternoon but she still insisted on charging us for the empty room for the night since it was already booked. The hotel had several empty rooms anyways!What a greedy being and after this she asked me not to review on booking.com. Very dishonest and greedy. Book this hotel at your own risk. Booking.com tried but couldn’t save the situation. They do not deserve to be on booking.com scamming and threatening people this way, especially when you travel all the way for tourism. Hotels have policies but they are run by HUMANS!

The Hotel felt new and breakfast was great! The location was good, very close to the metro station (Tkakim Metro Station). Also, the staff were friendly and they made sure we were comfortable. The room size was small. But we knew that when we booked the hotel.

The one thing I had is closure of the area on Friday 1st May 2026. Our movements in and out of Taxim was banned till 23:00.

The staff are very professional and excellent. The hotel is very clean. Its location is excellent, very close to the metro and many bus lines. Buses to Sabiha Gökçen Airport depart from very close by. The breakfast is delicious.
