Location was good and looked nice from outside. Street outside hotel was nice and clean Staff were ignorant, don’t speak to you and not helpful felt as though they didn’t want us to be there. Also made error with our room bookings when we arrived. However cleaners were very nice and helpful.

Nice and helpful staff. The place was clean and a good area of reception space was available for use. Very satisfying stay. The neighborhood was a bit loud and noisy during our stay due to construction performed on the surrounding streets. The location of the hotel is the worst thing about it but it’s not that bad (5/10).

Didn’t like much to be honest Breakfast was poor, cold fries and boiled eggs were the menu with some cereal. Nothing good about the breakfast didn’t seem fresh. Rooms were small no AC not very clean. The restaurant smelt of damp. Parking was mentioned nearby however it was close to £10 for 24h first day my car got taken by the police because parking is not allowed near by. Also Netflix is mentioned however the TV Is from the early 2000s with no working channels or internet. Window was broken. Receptionist was not helpful in terms of getting help for parking and general help.
