Breakfast is bad one of the worst breakfast I ever had in Istanbul hotels. Location is great. Absolutely nothing in the dinning room this morning I meant nothing. Quality service no complement water in the room, no toothbrush,no lotion small towels, no tea kettle. Is very very bad. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s close to railroad station. Close to grand bazaar and blue mosque. Owner/ manager is the worst guy to deal with. They like to take every penny out of your pocket if they could specifically if you are a foreigner. I had a reservation for four guests. 2 adults and 2 kids. My third child was under 2 years old. I didn’t think I needed to put him on reservation but when manager say him he demanded $200 more or else he threaten me that he would not give me the room( I had already paid for it though a third-party website) Left me with no choice but to give him $200. He was rude through the length of our stay. I am a frequent traveler, and it has never happened to me in past. This whole situation will make me think twice before I ever visit Turkey again.

Cleaning is perfect . Staff are polite & helpfull Wifi signal is too slow specially in 1st floor. Breakfast is daily frequent without diversity. No safe box inside the room.
