The staff are unfriendly. Even with a translator app, they do not want to communicate. They are unhelpful, for example, you ask for a cup, so that you can use the kettle in your room, but they have no cups and will not source any. They don't care.

It was very dark and cold room. The window didn’t provide any light as it was opened onto a dark, built-up space full of garbage. Generally a dump place.

Nothing Room and bathroom mouldy … No room clean or bedding changing for all stay. No point of contact . Hot water in bathroom wasn’t working on multiple occasions during stay. Overall it was a nightmare.

Never had a chance to stay nobody opened the door The fact that I waited for more than an hour outside in the snow with my pregnant wife and nobody answered until I decided to leave for another hotel

Room was comfortable The check in was very difficult. They email before to say they will be there in 5 mins from when you message them, however, I was waiting around half an hour in a pretty dodgy secluded area. You’re then taken away from there and checked in somewhere else which takes a long while. The staff were pretty rude also. When I finally got to a room, it was ok, but the shower was smashed up. The room was also very noisy.

Room was fine. You get what you pay for so can't moan really. I was there for 2 weeks and the room wasn't cleaned once. I sent a text asking for clean bedding and the person didnt work there. When i arrived at the hotel i contacted them and noone came for a hour to let me in..

The check-in started at 2pm, but the host didn’t reply my messages. There is not reception, so we have to wait outside for around 2 hours. The place was good and comfortable.

Locatios is good The booking photos are not the reality of the room, The room had a strong smell of humidity, the shower was broken and was not suitable for bathing, had fungus and were rusted all parts of the bathroom, the wall had fungus and this generated the strong smell, the first night I arrived no one answered my call, so I had to look for another hotel.

I have many pictures of the place, it is dirty, there is no air conditioning, the bed has many blood spots and the pillows also, and the bathroom smells dirty It is not suitable to be a hotel.
