Burak was amazing & made sure I was taken care of. As a solo female traveler visiting Turkey for the first time from the U.S. he answered all of my many questions & I felt very safe at this hotel. Burak & the entire staff assisted me with everything from walking me to the pharmacy (twice!) to get prescriptions & supplies to helping me with the internet so I could attend zoom meetings at home. He was very knowledgeable about the culture & history of Turkey. He taught me a little Turkish & actually came to my room when I requested & assisted me in zipping up my luggage as I was having difficulty bending due to surgery. The entire staff at Hotel Bosphora Plus was amazing! Not a single negative - not a ‘touristy’ area, location is close to subway & everything you need within walking distance. Felt I got more of an authentic experience & was able to mix with locals at the neighborhood pharmacy, park, cafe’s & nearby restaurants.

Generally, it's not value to money. Location is also very bad as the hotel is on top of Ramp Street, so Walking is not a good option.

The staff were nice & helpful, the wifi was good, the bed & pillows were comfortable, and the shower was great. The electrical & USB sockets were numerous and accessible. The shower was excellent, the warm water arrives quickly, the shower area was large enough, and the water pressure was so high. The hotel's location was good. The breakfast was relatively poor esp. that there were not many sources of protein and fresh fruits (apart from the apples). The towels were won out, kind of dating back to World War II, and also there were not clean, neither was their smell good. The mini shampoos and shower gels were of low quality, having a strong smell of plastic, and the coffee/tea bags can be more abundant and more generous (there was no decaf coffee sachets, and there was only one variety of tea).

Nice and clean! The was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly The windows are not soundproof or insulated against the cold.

Clean spacious room with a nice view. Overall interior and bathroom is nicely renovated. Staff at the hotel were pleasant and very helpful. Room service was fast and the food was quite tasty. Burak was exceptional and very helpfulz The location is not ideal if you are visiting for tourism, but only a short walk away from busy streets so not too bad.

The breakfast was good and decently variate. The room was clean and warm. The staff, notably Burak, is polite and helpful. The hotel is 5-10 minutes (uphill) away from a metro station. Nothing to complain about.

During my stay in Istanbul, I chose Hotel Bosphora Plus, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service, especially from the assistant manager, Burak, who went above and beyond by bringing us hot chocolate to the room after we had to wait a mere 10 minutes for slippers. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel exceeds expectations in every aspect—price, comfort, service, and location. I had previously visited Istanbul in May and stayed at another hotel, which left me disappointed with the city; the people I encountered were rather unfriendly. However, Hotel Bosphora Plus completely changed my perspective. Special thanks to Manager Serdar, the friendly and efficient Receptionist Eren, and the welcoming restaurant staff, who ensured that every breakfast was delicious and hearty. But it was truly Burak who made our days and transformed our entire stay into a remarkable experience. I fell in love with Istanbul and realized that this city is home to wonderful, thoughtful people who know how to make their guests feel at home. Hotel Bosphora Plus is a gem I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. If you’re looking for an experience that blends comfort, care, and excellent service, this is the place to be!

You make the hotel feel like a true home away from home.” The coffee machine of the car did not work for 2 days, but for espresso and latte macchiato.

Liked that location was close to areas like osman bay , nisantasi and bebek. Location was quieter then most other places we visited. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Had to walk up a steep slope to reach anywhere. No restaurants or supermarkets within 500 metre vicinity. Breakfast though nice but had the same food items everyday making it monotonous.
