Very friendly and helpful staff, good location if you want to see all main attractions Absolutely do not recommend their breakfast. No eggs, no sausages, just some salds that were clearly a few days old, cereal and sides. Cannot get a decent breakfast out of this. Rooms look better on photos than in real life. It is visible that the hotel had a cosmetic renovation recently, but some facilities still need replacement. There is no option to regulate the height of the shower head. You can either have it at the level of your waist or turn on the overhead shower with very low water pressure. Also our shower head was leaking severely.

The restaurant is not opened. There is no elevator. We had to ask for toiletries on the first day. The bathroom was very small and the toilet seat was broken.

Staff was very cooperative, specially night staff Abdul Rahman was very polite, when I reached Hotel he escorted us, took our luggage put them in the room, before I reached Hotel management sent me all information via WhatsApp like WiFi, breakfast timing etc, every day they cleaned the room, washroom, hotel was closed to allow attraction, I would stay there again if I had another trip to Istanbul N/A

Friendly staff I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights with my 72-year-old mother. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The hotel listing did not mention that there is no elevator, which caused serious problems. My mother has knee pain and cannot climb stairs. Our assigned room was on the second floor, and only after I complained did they move us to the first floor. This should have been clearly stated before booking. The room had only one working power outlet, which made it hard to charge both our phones. The air conditioner did not work for the first few nights, and it took several complaints before it was fixed. There was no safe in the room. I requested one many times, and they kept promising, but it was never delivered. The bidet in the bathroom had very weak water pressure and was completely unusable. I informed the staff several times, but it was never repaired. We had to use water bottles daily. The room phone was not connected, so I had to physically go to reception for every request. Housekeeping was poor. The bedsheets were dirty and stained, and when I asked for replacements, they were also stained. The sheets were not changed regularly. Breakfast was served on the fourth floor, and with no elevator, I had to climb up and down every day to bring food to my mother. This caused pain in my knees. Overall, the hotel lacks basic facilities and comfort. I would not recommend it, especially for elderly guests or those with health concerns.

Hi Good
-
2nd time staying at this hotel due to close location to main attractions, minimum uphill walk. Worth the price, reasonable breakfast, clean property and nice owner. Looks like some renovation/upgrade was done to the rooms. Airport transfer van came on time, overall happy customer.

A nice normal hotel to spend some time in Istanbul. Clean and quiet. Not something special but descent and in a good price. The location is not far from the main landmarks of the city and you can visit them on foot. THERE IS NOT PARKING SPACE! I booked the hotel because on the site is declared that there is parking for the car. Actually there is not. Even if I tried to clarify it on direct communication with the hotel, I did not had this information until I arrived there. I had to park my car somewhere else and pay separately for that.

Best located Hotel, across the Arasta Bazaar. Walkable to all Tourist attractions of Sultanamet, paid parking around the corner. Many restaurants are walkable across the street. Newly renovated rooms and hotel. Nice spread of breakfast. lift is not available and parking

Breakfast was good. We were expecting bit more stuff but was OK. Staff at breakfast could talk bit more English but minimum was OK.

Central location clean but small room Breakfast was bad. No coffee with broken coffee machine. No hot food or toast.

Good morning buffet, friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms smallish, but very clean. Reliable WiFi. Location very near the Blue Mosque. I booked two rooms for myself and family and they provided the rooms next to each other, which was very convenient. Nice selection for breakfast buffet with friendly staff (Maya) and also room cleaning ladies were very helpful (Nur, Elena?). They also spoke our language. Very helpful getting in touch in advance by WhatsApp re airport transfer and bookings, thank you Emre! The hotel owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first-time stay in Istanbul at this hotel, and we can highly recommend it!

Emre was the best part of our stay as he helped us to have a great time and took care of all our needs and any issues, we can not that Emre enough as he made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is nice and clean and very close to all the mosques and shops. I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast option isn’t really big.
