Wonderful terrace with seaguls. Staff speaks english and russian.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Rooftop opened super view to the city. Location is perfectly in the old town. The bathroom was clean and modern and the equipment did almost function properly although some of them could function better or differently.

Devlet the receptionist was super helpful with giving me fun ideas and things to do for my first time in Istanbul. Very knowledgeable. He was also pretty cute not gonna lie.The rooftop was lovely along with the breakfast. The area around had too many men lingering around. Not great for a solo woman traveler

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The terrace is amazing. Breakfast is quite good. I booked without the option to cancel and after saw the google reviews and I was quite nervous. Unfortunately there’s truth to the reviews. The place was not very clean (a ton of grime in the bathroom), my room smelled awful unless the AC was on, and there were bugs (multiple) in my room.

It was a wonderful stay; the staff were so helpful and friendly especially dowlet the reception guy Was always fast to help and guide if there is needed Actually the location place was difficult but with the staff support they helped me to find my way during all my stay

Absolutely would come back! Came to Istanbul for the first time alone with my sister and was so happy to have stayed in the BRONTE. This hotel made our experience so enjoyable. This location is perfect to get around by foot and the room is so quant and comfortable. Not only is the breakfast every morning so delicious they even freshly prepare each meal for every guest as they come in, you also get an amazing view of the city while you eat. Hanifa was in charge of the breakfast and was always so attentive. She noticed we were in a rush and brought us breakfast early along with an extra dish of our favorite dish that she knew we enjoyed. The reception staff is also what makes this hotel stand apart from anywhere else. Omar and Davide are so helpful and friendly. Always ready to help us plan out our activity with directions and recommendations. It is so nice to know that there is someone who will help when you’re traveling somewhere new. Omar even helped us with tips on how to get around the city using the public transportation something we wouldn’t have even attempted without his tips. Everyone in this hotel is so friendly and accommodating- from the moment we arrived until our last day here it has been such a pleasure. Can’t wait to come back!
