The location was superb. Mr.Kamal was amazing and the team was very kind and attentive to anything that i asked. They were all very very caring and always smiling. Very cozy room and peaceful.

The location was perfect 2 minutes walking to the tram station. The room was spacious and comfortable, enough place to walk around and put stuff. The price is good too. Staff friendly. Overall clean The bathroom needs renovation the shower space is limited and the ceiling had some old scratches. There were some hairs in the bathroom but after cleaning it became better. The flooring wasn’t the best as it makes sounds when you walk. Breakfast is so limited and few options and repeated everyday.

Nothing It was very badly maintained. The walls dirty. The towels were so thin you could see through them. Extractor fan in the bathroom was dirty. Part of door frame in bathroom missing. Bedding stained and frayed. Shower head dirty. Soap dish dirty.

Service was poor. Too smooth beds, no blankets. Kitchen smells at corridors. When I arrived at the hotel at midnight, i asked the receptionist if there was drinking water in the room, and he replied to me that I could shop water from outside shops, that surprised me and showed how poor their service is.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to the Grand Bazaar, metro stations, shops, and everything else you might need in Istanbul. Although it’s not near Taksim or Galata Tower, I’ve stayed in those areas before and now prefer this location. It’s well-connected via metro and tram, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and helpful. Housekeeping was responsive and cleaned the room whenever I asked. I felt very safe and peaceful throughout my stay. The rooftop view during sunset was beautiful, and I loved having free coffee available at any time. They even helped hold packages at the reception and provided a scale to check luggage weight before heading to the airport. The 24-hour customer service was a great plus. The breakfast wasn’t exceptional, but considering the price I paid for the stay, it was still more than acceptable.
