the communnication with hotel staff after leaving. I did not got the answer about the taxi pricing from hotel to airport. if the booking platform stated the taxi from/to airport is free of charge for me, why I had to pay the taxi from the hotel to airport?

This hotel was a very terrible disappointment. None of what they advertised or sent you by SMS about the hotel's offers are true. I contacted and booked this terrible hotel: There was no hot water to wash, the air conditioner did not work at night, the taxi brought a dirty towel. I was with a small child. The reception staff said that for any problem I presented, I would contact the manager and there was no solution.

The breakfast The rooms are very narrow no space to move and put bags comfortable. The bathroom door was hard to close and open because of little space. Cleand and good breakfast Did not worth all that pay. I paid 100$ for triple room, but the space hardly was good for one person

The hotel location was good near to almost everything you need. There were 2 swimming pools which is great . The breakfast was early that’s a very good thing and there were many options and every day different things The room was very narrow not big enough, with the luggage we didn’t have space to move freely and the room was very hot , there was air conditioning but if you switch it on the air is directly to the children’s beds so we couldn’t let it on . The inside pool was cold and not so clean .

Would have liked if the concierge offered options of where to go, recommendations, etc. Also, when there was a plumbing leak, we were transferred to a smaller room which was further away from our kids' room. We could not find English tv channels.

The staff The room was very small and had a bad smell. They claimed there was internet, but that was not true — there was no internet at all. I asked for an iron because there wasn’t one in the room, and it took them an hour to bring it to me. Then, at 7:00 AM, they called me to return it because the hotel only has two irons. I went back to sleep, but just 15 minutes later, someone knocked on the door asking for it again. Two hours after that, a lady knocked on the door to clean the room. It was a terrible and frustrating day with constant interruptions and poor service.

Breakfast was good. No toaster to warm the bread. Coffee maker didn’t work. Hardly got coffee one day and rest 2 days didn’t get coffee I had no sleepers provided for room. No iron in room. Bed was comfortable.

There is no fan in the bathroom.
