Everything! Location is perfect. Staff is so attentive. Excellent Breakfast. Nothing

The staff really care about guests and they have nice initiatives (a welcome board with your names, a bracelet with Turkish blue eye, a bookmark with nice images of turkish habits). They even deliver for us postcards since post offices were close on those days. The breakfast is also nice, they try to change few things daily and the room is also very curated, even if not too big but it is a boutique hotel. The location also very convenient for the European side of Istanbul.

Location is very central and the Haus by itself is very charming. Breakfast is nice (not too much not) the staff was very friendly The bed was uncomfortable, the shower had dark mold spots and was really small. The room was OK but a bit small and not very clean. (dust in the corners.)

Beautiful property in the heart of it all. Easy to walk to everything. The room and staff were amazing. And the breakfast was so big we didn't even need lunch. We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed Nothing

Everything! Especially the location…walking distance to so many things. We loved the Turkish Breakfast each morning. It was a great way to fuel up for the day. The staff were all so friendly. The rooftop terrace was such a nice surprise too. We enjoyed viewing the city lights at night from there. Nothing…we will stay here again when we come back! Our only regret is that we only stayed here for 2 nights. Wish we would have planned more time here.

Gorgeous boutique property.

While an old building, everything has been updated with modern, efficient, well working facilities and appropriate cultural decor. Rooms are much smaller than expected, but accurately described, including sq. ft., and adequate. As mentioned, all staff are extremely courteous and helpful, including a fantastic restaurant recommendation right around the corner! There is a small bit of street noise until early evening, but never bothered us, and we tend to be sensitive to that. The location couldn't be better and terrain in the area is fairly flat, especially for Istanbul! The importance of this can't be underestimated! One of the most appreciated things is the comfort of the bed!! After a pretty gruelling almost 24 hour journey from the US, I can't say enough about how good it was to lay down and feel like we were on a very supportive cloud!! We both tend to have back, hip and knee problems but after a very comfortable good night's sleep on this bed both our bodies and minds felt rested and refreshed! Breakfast was very good, with the only negative being that there is too much food and I felt so guilty about so much going to waste every day. Since it is a set menu, maybe they could just have check boxes for the things you actually want that day. It is nice to have the opportunity to try all of the different things, but after the first day about 75% was left uneaten. I toiled for months about which hotel to choose, but feel we absolutely got it right!

Perfect location and easy to find with public transportation from the cruise terminal. The staff were helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast with a variety of items. Comfortable bed with pillow menu.

The Turkish breakfast was very abundant with fresh food and the cook would make hot eggs as well. The location was close to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Hagia Sophia. The elevator was small but it worked fine
